Peridot's P.O.V

I spent almost all day sleeping until my alarm woke me up. The alarm read, 'Unlock the door!'. It was about 3:55, and I just remembered Lapis said to unlock my door... so I sat up, my bruises already feeling much better.

I got in my wheelchair and pushed myself over to the door, which luckily wasn't far away at all, and unlocked the bottom lock. It was the only one I ever had locked, I thought it was a pain to lock both of them. No one has time for that.

As I was turning myself around to get back in my bed, the door opened quite quickly and I heard a voice say, "Hey, Peri~"

It was obviously Lapis. Why did she want my door unlocked? I felt hands start pushing my wheelchair back to my bed and parking me next to it.

Lapis picked me up gently out of my wheelchair and set me in my bed.

I thought she was going to try to hurt me even more, but no, she was actually being nice!

The blue-haired girl sat next to me and looked down at me with a smile. "How's your bruises?" She asked moving my robe so she could see my leg. "Hm." She frowned and bent down and kissed one of my toes.

I flinched and blushed heavily.

"L-Lapis?" I asked in a scared and embarrassed tone. "Why are you being so nice to me?... Honestly?... I know you want to make up to me, but this..." I looked away and fixed my glasses.

Lapis smiled and cupped my chin and answered, saying, "Because, you changed me~" She basically got on top of me and kissed me again, one hand holding herself up and the other on my chin.

She did it again... but this time, it felt warm, like she meant it. And she wasn't pulling away, and neither was I. It felt nice... maybe she actually was being nice to me genuinely instead of trying to win me over... maybe she was being real.

Lapis pulled away quickly and put her hand on my chest protectively as the door swung open.

It was Amethyst, Garnet and Pearl! Oh jeez... what were they gonna think. I panted a little bit, trying to catch my breath from the long kiss.

Amethyst had the most horrified look on her face, along with Pearl. Garnet just stood there, smiling a little bit.

"Yo, Peri, what is going on...?" She asked taking her hat off and fixing her messy hair. She looked over at Pearl and Pearl said nothing back. "You guys having a little bit of fun or something?" She giggled teasingly and crossed her arms.

Lapis blushed heavily and wiped the lipstick marks off my face with her thumb. She mouthed the words, "I'll text you." as she got off the bed, pulling the blanket onto me again, looking at my friends with an akward smile.

As soon as she left, Pearl basically screamed her head off. "WHAT WAS THAT?!" She dusted off her blouse and walked over to me, holding my hand. "Are you okay? Was she hurting you? Did she-"

Garnet cut Pearl off saying, "They were making out. It's kind of obvious." The tall girl finished her sentence with a confident laugh. I knew she saw. She sees everything.

"Ooooh, Peridot! Why?" She blushed a little bit and let go of my hands and twiddled her thumbs nervously. "She's so mean..."

My face flushed and I smiled a little bit. "That wasn't the first time..." I muttered as I wiped more lipstick off my face and blushed. "She did it before."

Amethyst ran over next to Pearl and laughed. "Aye, you'll never catch up to me and Pearly over here~" She teased and planted a sloppy kiss on the redhead's cheek, causing her to blush.

"Amethyst, cut it out..." She ordered.

Pearl tucked her hair behind her ear and gave me a thoughtful look. "How did..."

I laughed weakly, my chest hurting a little bit. "She wanted to make it up to me. She even said sorry... she's almost a whole new person. She cares."

Even saying that made me feel good, my stomach in knots and my heart pumping.

"Well... with that out of the way..." Pearl said looking away and picking up a blue lily. "I got you a flower. I knew you liked them..." She smiled and handed it to me.

It was beautiful, and it had a long stem with 7 sky blue petals.

"Thanks, Pearl." I smiled and put the flower on my nightstand next to the cookie cake.

Amethyst nodded her head and said, "You ate some of the cookie. Good kid." She chuckled and stuck her tongue out at me. Usual Amethyst.

Garnet smiled at me understanding of the situation. "Pearl, Amethyst. Let's go. Let the girl have some alone time. She hasn't had much of it." She winked and motioned the other girls to go with her.

They all waved to me and left.

They know now... that me and Lapis... well... they seemed understanding. Well, mostly Garnet did. She's always understanding of that kind of stuff, but mostly an understanding person in general. That's one of the reasons I like her.

I decided to text Lapis.

You: Hi, Lapis.

Loopis: Hey~ Aren't G, P, and A with u??

You: They left. They said I should have some 'alone time'.

Loopis: Great~ Now i can send u this:

She sent a picture. I tapped on it to load it and I couldn't believe my eyes.

A topless Lapis filled my screen, but this time, with no bra. Nude bottom up. She was biting her lip and holding her bra in her hand, dangling in front of the camera.

I blushed heavily and closed the picture, looking at it in the small message thread. I hated to admit it, but she looked kinda... Hot.

The speech bubble popped up, showing she was typing something. I put my head on my hair and exhaled heavily to relax. She was going really fast. Kind of scarily fast.

My phone buzzed again.

Loopis: u like it?~ ❤️❤️

I knew she was teasing me. I didn't want to answer. But the truth was, is that I did like it. And it made me feel weird. Thoughts of Lapis kept flashing through my head of her naked, and I tried to push them away.

I wasn't just into her body, I was into her.

I think I was falling in love.
