Chapter 23: Dark Times

Hi there, it's me, Kirk, or as most of you know me as, Ajax.

I decided to update Ajax a bit, since I feel he isn't very useful, or interesting.

all of this is canon, feel free to mention this in your own chapters.

Everyone was fast asleep, peacefully, almost no cares in the world, besides a giant cool ranch dorito with an eye, legs, and arms. Don't forget the fabulous top hat. Ajax was busy, he had pretended to sleep but had only put a decoy soon after the counslers, and everyone else, went to sleep. Ajax had went to his lab, for testing. He figured out how to use other people's powers. On days where everyone is busy, doing camp related things, He gathered everyone's essence. After many weeks, he put everyone's essence into gloves, with their symbol on top, and two wires hanging out the bottom. What do the wires do? The wires allow connection to the brain, you simply put the wires into your arm, and you're able to use the powers the glove is capible of. The symbol is only there to let you know who's powers are in that glove. After many more weeks of trial and error, Ajax also figured out how to combine powers using the gloves. An example would be fire and water powers, you would be able to create steam out of thin air. But soon after testing these combined powers, Ajax decided to step it up a notch, and put everyone's powers into a single glove, also taking the combination of powers into consideration. He created something that should never be used.

~Present Day~

Putting on the glove, Ajax felt a little overwhelmed. With a rush of power, he wanted to see what capibilities he has before him. He went outside of his lab and teleported to the middle of the forest, and he watched, as a giant wave of energy blasted out of his hand obliterating miles of trees and innocent wildlife. The power was beginning to consume him.

Ajax's hair had turned white like the snowy winter nights, eyes turn cyan and snake like, white scars over his eyelids, and no emotion shown.

He felt great. Ajax couldn't be stopped. Just kidding, Gemini was in the area.

"WHAT IN THE NAME OF MY DIAMOND WAS THAT!?!?" Gemini said as her ears were ringing to the noise of the blast. She decided to walk towards the noise, and saw the destruction and burnt down trees. Ajax heard Gemini's voice, turned into a shadow, and hopped into the darkness of the trees.

"Hello? Who's there?" Gemini asked. Ajax snickered.

"Hey, if you don't reveal yourself I'll sing a song really badly on purpose to annoy you!"

Ajax was frightend, he doesn't enjoy being annoyed, especially if it's terrible singing.

He hopped down from the trees in front of Gemini, almost looking like he's glitching, while also turning to normal, as in, not a shadow. "Wh-Who are you..?" Gemini said, shaking in fear.

"Oh.. Silly Gemini, you know exactly who I am" Ajax said demonicly. "No I really don't know who you are" Gemini replied.

"What a shame, guess you'll have to find out." And suddenly, Gemini woke up, like it was a dream. She knew it wasn't though. She decided to look around the cabins. She looked into the boy's cabin window. Ajax wasn't there. "Was that Ajax..? He looked really different... I should tell the others!" She turned around-

"Checking to see if I'm here, are you?" Ajax snapped his fingers and both of them were suddenly transported into a dark, empty, lifeless void. Both of them were floating in nothing, yet could see each other perfectly. Ajax sprouted Gemini's wings, and flew around. "Ajax, what happened?" Gemini asked. "Oh nothing really, just gathered everyone's essence to put their powers to good use"

"Ajax this isn't-"

"Quiet, child, I'm surprised you were in the area of my tests. Explain." Demanded Ajax. "I enjoy walking around the forest, what can I say? Now answer me, what are you doing?" Gemini is terrified of her own fate, and everyone else's. "I was first using everyone's essence to create gloves with our powers in them, just in case somebody loses their powers and needs to have some kind of backup. Until I found out the combination of powers, and now we're here." Ajax didn't bother explaining all the details, that would be annoying.

"Don't do anything you'll regret" Gemini pleaded. Ajax started mumbling stuff, "Chapter 15, obliterated." Gemini heard what he said and was so confused, "What does that mean??"

"Don't worry about it, it has nothing to do with you. Listen, Gemini, I'll let you go on one itsy bitsy condition." Ajax said "Ok, what is that condition?"

"Never tell anyone about what happened tonight, or else you'll be stuck in this void for all eternity" Asked Ajax. "Yes yes, of course, just don't do anything to anyone else! We've already had big problems!" Gemini was desperate to leave. "Fine then, have fun back at camp."

Ajax teleported Gemini back to camp, and himself to his lab.

I hope you enjoyed that chapter, Ajax just got a little bit more interesting, huh? Yeah he's a powerhouse now but it'll work out, I promise!
