LOGAN POV
Warning: Sexual content ahead. ;)
It's getting closer and closer to the end of Olivia's three week vacation in Alaska, and I'm dreading her arrival back in California because it means that Savannah and I won't be able to spend as much time together. Olivia would definitely be suspicious if I kept leaving randomly to go see Savannah.
We've been texting ever since our little lunch date, and I smile to myself because I can hear her text messages in her voice. I'm trying to do as much as possible with her before Olivia returns.
I know this is wrong, but I don't really care anymore. Savannah is just like something new and fascinated by, and Olivia is just washed out and no longer captivates me.
My doorbell rings, and then the person starts banging on it like they're the FBI about to bust me for some crime. I sprint towards the door, and I see Anthony standing there, smirking as usual.
"Did you smash?" Anthony asks, and I groan.
"I haven't seen her since the lunch date." I inform him, and he furrows his eyebrows.
"And why the hell not?!" Anthony asks, sounding outraged.
I'm becoming annoyed at how Anthony feels the need to stick his fat ass nose in my business. Yes, he's my best friend, but it gets really invasive sometimes. There's still that amount of privacy that I would like to have. Not everything needs to be front page news.
"Maybe because we both have jobs and other priorities. Sex isn't always at the top of our agendas." I state, and he chuckles.
Something's always so funny to him.
"Okay, I'm getting tired of this whole façade ever since that night at the club. Dude, you want Savannah for one thing."
I stay silent, trying to form another argument against his statement, but he isn't wrong and I can't find an answer. Yes, Savannah is great, and I really like her, but I'm just in need of a thrill. It isn't serious, at least to me it isn't. I don't want to be seriously committed to someone anymore it's just such a hassle.
I just want something exciting and quick before moving onto the next girl that happens to fall in my path.
"Okay, I'll admit it. Since Olivia has been stiffer than a board in the bedroom and slacking, I just want some casual sex."
Anthony's smirk widens, and his dark brown eyes look mischievous like he's about to do something that I might regret or love.
"Give me your phone. Now." Anthony sternly says, and I laugh.
"What are you, our teachers in high school?" I ask, chuckling.
He snatches it from my hand, and I don't bother trying to get it like a pet trying to get something being dangled above them. Anthony places the phone to his ear, and he begins to slowly pace back and forth.
"What are you doing?" I whisper yell, and he shushes me.
"Just wait." He replies, quirking his eyebrow.
It takes a few more seconds before his face lights up.
What is he doing?
