Harry Styles

She is an exceptional girl, truly remarkable. I turned away from the curtain when I heard her tell Jodi that she had a story to tell. I wondered if said story had anything to do with our previous encounter. I walked down the stairs and found Timothy in his little box playing with some contraption that was making scratchy noises. The ruined wall still looked ruined, but Elle gave me a new perspective on it. I had checked that the menus and place settings were set up on the tables.

I took out my phone and called Niall, "Are you guys on your way?" I could hear the boys all yelling at once. Especially Louis being his obnoxious self. "Be there in five." Niall said after they were all done making me go deaf.

I hung up my phone and walked towards the kitchen doors.

"How's the cake coming?" I looked around to see every cook on my staff covered in flour, and a beautiful cake sitting on the counter. The cake was white in color and covered in every color rose you could imagine.

"It's perfect. Thank you. Go about your work."

I walked towards Timothy and his booth. "Is the equipment usable?" I asked over the horrible scratchy noise. Timothy stopped his scratchy machine and turned it off. I looked around at all the other gadgets he had stacked on the tables.

"Yes, it will work just fine, a part from being a little dusty it's in perfect condition." Timothy smiled his little mommy's boy smile and I left his booth.

"I can deny each of you entry if you don't follow the rules!" I could hear Grant reprimanding the guests, I needed someone to keep people in line. I put on my headset and pushed my talk button, "Grant are the other boys here yet?" Timothy was finally done with his scratchy machine and I could actually hear.

"They've just pulled in around back," I could hear the back door open and slam shut. The boys each high-fived me after walking around the ground floor.

"I love this wall." Liam said pointing to the Febreeze disaster. "It really brings the whole room together." Liam was a terrible liar, and it showed all over his face what he really thought of the wall.

There wasn't time to say anything else before the doors were opened for the guests and we were rushed by a bunch of teenage girls. The boys and I had prepared for this and had a plan in place. We back over towards the stairs.

We pulled a red velvet rope over the railing to block us from them once on the steps. I tapped my microphone to silence their screaming.

"Welcome ladies, to the grand opening of Midnight Memories!" The screaming started again, I could see a few of the girls were sobbing in the crowd. It never ceased to amaze me how dedicated they were to us.

"Don't push me!" I could hear a girl's voice behind me and something touch my shoulder. I looked over my shoulder and saw Elle, completely red faced.

"Jodi pushed me!" She defended herself before I even said anything. The boys took notice of her to. "Well, who is this dazzling creature?" Niall asked inching closer to her. She moved more towards me, mortified of Niall. "Not for you, Ni." I warned.

The look in his eyes changed. "Is this...? No! This can't be her, she's way too pretty." He looked at Elle, "Really Darling, you are way too gorgeous for this hobo." He tried to inch up to her again. This time she grabbed my arm and pulled herself to my side. "No, really, Ni, not for you." I put my hand over hers and looked into her eyes. I saw the reassurance I gave her.

"Niall, is it?" She asked. I could tell this was about to be very fun. "This man, has just opened a night club for teenagers everywhere, what have you done today besides stuff your face?" I think I want to marry this girl.

"How do you know what I did today?" He asked defensively, I could tell this wasn't fun for him anymore.

"Well assuming that you keep up with dental hygiene I can only imagine that the amount of food in your teeth is just from today, however that assumption would also indicate that you'd have had enough self-respect to brush before going out in public. Honestly how can you go out in public this way?" She basically spat on him.

"Whoa, Vonnie, take it easy!" Jodi grabbed her arm. "Do you know who you're talking to?" She asked desperately.

Elle smiled. "Nope, that's why I don't feel bad for ripping him a new one." She looked at Niall, "Have a nice day." Elle turned back to me.

"Have a nice opening, I'm gonna head back up." She paled a little before kissing me on the cheek.

The crowd of girls roared and there were flashes from cell phone cameras. I'd forgotten the girls. Surely they didn't appreciate their fantasy of dating me being dashed by a non-celebrity. That picture will probably be on the front page of every magazine, it will probably even outshine the opening. Elle and Jodi went back up the stairs as the girls below started asking a bunch of questions or just screaming unintelligibly.

"We are One Direction. We will be performing later in the evening, but for now our DJ will start off the music. The second and third floors are for food, please use that staircase to your left, and the bar is non-alcoholic drinks only! Have a nice night!"

The lights in the club dropped and the strobe lights started in time with the beats that Timothy started to drop. The crowd cheered and started dancing. I could see that guys showed up to, probably figured out that it was a likely place to find a bunch of girls.

Ni and Louis went to the third floor to get a table for food.

"I'm gonna go talk to that girl that was with your friend, do you know where she is?" Zayn asked. Liam snuck off towards the bar. "Third floor VIP, her name is Jodi." He smiled. "I'll go with you." We only got to the second floor before we encountered the girls.

"Where are you going? Not leaving I hope." Elle smiled and flipped her hair over her shoulder clumsily, like it wasn't something she normally did. Jodi probably taught her. "No, we're just going to dance!" She laughed and touched my arm. "Care to dance with me?" She couldn't hide the shy blush that crept along her cheek bones, as much as she might have wanted to.

I was surprised by her offer, but that didn't stop me from accepting. I put my hand on her lower back and lead her back down the stairs leaving Jodi and Zayn to their own.

As we got to the bottom floor I could hear my headset chirping. "Elle, there's a problem, I'll be a few minutes, go dance for a bit and I'll find you." She tried to pull me towards the dance floor, "Not even one little dance? This song is almost over anyways." She stuck her lip out in a slight pout.

I clicked on my headset, "Give me two minutes."
