The first gift and the last, is a book called 'Memories' by Lang Leav. The first Polaroid picture and the last, is kept in Memories. The first and the last movie tickets that we have, are kept in Memories.
Ever since you were gone, all I could do was ignore the urge whenever I lift the book and hold it close against my chest as though my life depends on it. Do you know how many times have I wanted to lift the cover and look at our picture? Do you know how many times have I replaced the book, leaving it unopened?
Do you know how many times have my heart ached at the fact that all that I want to do, is to keep these memories away in the best gift that you've gotten for me, our memories?
