"I have a proposition!" Jack yelled as he walked into the front door, scaring the man on the couch. "Sorry, babe."
The younger giggled and Mark rolled his eyes, wrapping his arms around him as he fell on his chest. "What is it?" Mark asked, running his hand through Jack's green colored hair.
Jack hummed quietly before he played with the buttons on his shirt. "What if we moved in together?" Mark smiled lightly, his eyes on the ceiling even though he wasn't really paying it any attention.
"Wait, seriously?" Mark asked, still staring at the ceiling. "I mean, it'll be a lot of work, and we'd have to decide on where we would want to live."
"What if we both just lived here? It's beside the rest of the boys, and there's enough room for both of us now that Ryan and Matt moved out."
"But you love your house." Mark sighed, dragging his fingers over the younger's skin without any motive. "I wouldn't want to take you away from that." Mark continued, feeling the slight indents of bones under Jack's skin.
Jack smiled at Mark's compassion, but rolled his eyes. "Mark, I love my house because I decorated everything." He chuckled. "You don't decorate, so I can do that here with the stuff that we bring from mine."
"If you want to move in, then move in." Mark told him quietly, continuing to feel his bones lightly. "I don't mind, you practically live here anyway." Mark told him, smiling when Jack agreed.
"I'll give the landlord my two weeks next week and we can start moving stuff soon." Mark nodded at Jack's statement, cuddling closer to him to take a nap. "Let me grab my book." Jack whispered, getting up to grab it before laying back down with it.
