"I'm so scared, Mark." Jack whispered as they sat on the couch. Mark had noticed he wasn't acting the same recently.

He was sad, and his eyes were dull. His hand wouldn't even wrap around Mark's like it normally did. He wouldn't sit close to Mark on the couch or smile at him in the car. "My biggest fear is that eventually you'll see me the way I see myself."

Mark looked over at him from the other side of the couch. "Jack, what are you talking about?"Jack sniffled and Mark noticed the tears falling down his face.

"Love, you're not just the kind of beautiful that I look at and say "woah.". You're the kind of beautiful where you watch sweet movies and brush away tears. You sing as loud as your lungs will let you when you're alone, but hum your favorite tune the rest of the day." Mark smiled as Jack's hand finally tightened around his own. "You get completely asorbed by books, and feel shattered when they end. You're the kind of beautiful that stays up late to finish the show you were watching but lets me go to sleep." Jack smiled lightly, and Mark noticed. "You're the kind of beautiful that bites your nails to nubs because you get anxious. You're the kind of beautiful that's not always gorgeous, but always beautiful." Mark kissed Jack's forehead as he realized the younger had made his way closer to him.

"I love you." Jack whispered and Mark smiled before he kissed his lips.

"I love you too." The elder told him back after he pulled away from the kiss. "Next time you feel like that, tell me so I can get some sense into you." Jack giggled lightly before Mark pulled him to lay on top of him.

They laid in each other's arms for hours while they slept, and even though Felix and Ken needed them, they refused to bother them.
