I don't think Tracie is Mark's mom's name but stfu thanks—
"Hey, Sean?" Mark asked as Jack laid with him on the couch. Tracie, Mark's mom was reading in a chair across the room with her husband, Rick, by her side. Mark heard Jack hum, his eyes fluttering open to look at his boyfriend. "Can I take you somewhere?" He added, seeing Jack nod. "We need to change into warmer clothes."
Jack sat up, rubbing his eyes lightly. He yawned, and Mark watched with a smile on his face. "You're adorable when you're sleepy." Mark told him before he stood up and walked to the stairs, Jack following suit.
They walked into Mark's room. Jack laid down, watching Mark change. "You're a creep." Mark told him, leaning down to kiss him. "Get up and change, baby boy." Jack stood up, walking over to his suitcase. He pulled jeans out of it before he changed out of Mark's joggers and into the jeans. "You can have one of my hoodies or jackets if you want."
"I was going to whether you want me to or not, love." Jack told Mark, kissing his lips lightly. Mark placed his hand on the younger's hip, kissing back. "I love you." Mark smiled as Jack grabbed a hoodie out of his bag.
"I love you too, Jacka." Mark kissed his cheek before opening the bedroom door as Jack pulled the hoodie over his shirt. "I'm gonna take Jack to meet someone, can I use your car?" Mark told his mom, who smiled knowingly, nodding.
"Be careful, and don't stay out too late." Mark's mother told him as Jack walked up behind him. Mark shook his head, smiling lightly.
"I'm 27, not 17, mom." Mark's mother smiled at him brightly. "Let's go, Jackaboy." Jack waved to Tracie, who smiled at him brightly. "Bye, mom. Love you." Jack smiled as he heard Mark talk to his mom as he opened the front door.
