"You know, I'm starting not to like this idea. Sounds kinda dangerous. You know what? I definitely don't like this idea, and I definitely don't like him." Isaac begins staring are Peter.

"You'll be fine." I assure him turning my attention back to my Instagram.

"Does it have to be him?" He ask again looking wearily at Peter.

Derek sighs. "He knows how to do it. I don't. Be more dangerous if I tried doing it myself."

"You know Scott doesn't trust him, right? You know, personally, I'd... well, I'd trust Scott." Isaac tries another angle.

"Do you trust me?" Derek ask.

"Yeah. I still don't like him." Isaac admits.

"Me either." I shrug never looking up.

"Nobody likes him." Derek says.

"Hello. F.Y.I., yes, coming back from the dead has left my abilities somewhat impaired, but the hearing still works. So I hope you're comfortable saying whatever it is that you're feeling straight to my face." Peter smirks from the couch.

"We don't like you. Now shut up and help us." I smile sassily at my uncle.

"Fair enough." He shrugs walking over to Isaac. "Relax. I'll get more out of you if you're calm."

Isaac looks up timidly. "How do you know how to do this, again?"

" It's an ancient ritual used mostly by alphas, since it's a skill that requires quite a bit of practice. One slip, and you could paralyze someone. Or kill them." Peter nonchalantly adds to the end.

" You... You've had a lot of practice, though, right?" Isaac nervously ask.

Peter smiles wickedly. "Well, I've never paralyzed anyone."

"Wait, does that mean that you..." he is cut off my Peter plunging his claws into the back of his neck.

It's quite as Derek and I wait for something, anything to happen. "Wait, I see them." Peter gasp before pulling is claws out of Isaac's neck.

"What'd you see?" Derek ask hastily.

"It was confusing. Um, im... images. Vague shapes." Peter pants.

"But you saw something?" I ask leaning on the table.

"Isaac found them." Peter confirms.

"Erica and Boyd?" Derek questions.

Peter continues gasping. "I barely saw them. I mean, glimpses."

"But you did see them." Derek attempts to gain clarity.

Peter looks up from the ground. "And worse."

"Deucalion." Derek says making my eyes go wide.

"He was talking to them. Something about time running out." Peter nods going on.

"What does it mean?" Isaac ask worried.

"He's going to kill them." I say stepping in.

Peter shakes his head "No, no, no, no, no, he didn't say that. He did make them a promise that by the full moon that they'd both be dead."

"The next full moon?" Derek questions.

"Oh shit that's tomorrow!" I realize.

"I don't see anything." Derek groans looking at Allison and Lydia's wrist.

"Look again." Scott pushes. To be honest I don't really see it either but what ever.

"How is a bruise gonna tell me where Boyd and Erica are?" Derek ask growing more annoyed by the second.

"It's the same on both sides. Exactly the same." Scott points out, now that he says that it does kind of look the same.

"It's nothing." Derek disregards.

"Pareidolia. Seeing patterns that aren't there. It's a subset of apophenia." Lydia spites off her knowledge.

"They're trying to help." Scott says.

Derek cocks an eyebrow at Scott on this. "These two. This one," He points to Lydia. "who used me to resurrect my psychotic Uncle. Thank you." he sasses before turning to Allison. "And this one, who shot about 30 arrows into me and my pack."

"Okay, all right, now, come on. No one died, all right? Look, there may have been a little maiming, okay, a little mangling, but no death. That's what I call an important distinction." Stiles pipes in earning a glare from me. Since Friday he's done everything to try and contact me. Text, call, Dm'd, even came to my place banging on the door, but much to his dismay I haven't responded to anything.

"My mother died." Allison says in a soft voice.

"Your family's little honor code killed your mother. Not me." Derek snarls.

"That girl was looking for Scott. I'm here to help him, not you." Allison snaps back.

Derek scoffs. "You wanna help? Find something real."

"Hey Derek maybe we should give them a chance." I say catching his arm.

"Yea they're on our side now." Scott adds trying to help.

"Well then maybe you should tell her what her mother was actually trying to do that night." Derek says before storming out.

"I'm uh just gonna go try and talk some sense into him." I point before taking off after Derek.

I make my way to Econ and take my seat in the first row. Stiles and Scott soon fumble in and take their normal seats, Stiles behind me and Scott beside him.

"Can we talk?" Stiles whispered leaning forward.

"No." I say simply keeping my eyes forward.

"Devin please." He begs touching my shoulder and sending a chill through me.

Something in my breaks and I turn around. "Look I just need some time Stiles."

"Alright. I-I guess I can do that." He stutters before I turn back around.

"The stock market is based on two principles. What are they?" Scott's hand shoots up. "Yes, McCall, you can go to the bathroom. Anybody else?" Coach ask.

"Uh, no, coach, I know the answer." Scott smiles slightly.

Coach lets out a laugh. "Oh, you're serious." He realizes.

"Yes. Risk and reward." Scott proudly states.

"Wow! Who are you? And what have you done to McCall? Don't answer that. I like you better. I like you better." Finstock cheers. "Does anybody have a quarter? A quarter." He ask.

"Yep." Stiles grins throwing one to coach.

"Stilinski, I think you, uh... You dropped this." I turn and see coach picking up a condom that fell out of Stiles wallet. I look up, my eyes meet Stiles who is sitting there wide eyed and frozen. I feel tears well in my eyes so I throw my chair back and run out of the room. "Hale! Hale! Get back here!" I hear coach call after me.

Slowing down to a walk I make my way into the girls bathroom a slid down the wall. I finally let it out, I let the first tears slide down my cheeks and the rest follow. How could he do that? I thought things were going so well? Was it because we hadn't done it yet?

"Devin?" My head snaps up to see Lydia standing there looking concerned. "What's wrong?"

I sniff and wipe my eyes in attempt to decent myself. "St-Stiles." I whimper.

"Oh what did he do?" She ask kneeling next to me.

"He ch-cheated on m-me with H-Heather." I choke out resuming my crying.

"Oh no." She coos wrapping her arms around me. "Shhh he isn't worth it."

"But he is. We-were connected. He makes me weak." I cry completely forgetting Lydia is in the dark.

"Shhh I know every girl feels that way." She says rubbing my back. "It will get better."

"I don't think it will." I cry, I can already feel myself weakening.
