Josh's hand was gripped tightly onto Kate's as they walked around the city, tripping over her feet everyone once In awhile from being dragged. Her reddish brown hair glinting in the light of the billboards as she looked around the city lights like a toddler visiting Disney World for the first time. She was fairly excited to see what 'something' was, but at the same time she was extremely curious. Josh finally stopped, pulling her into his arms as he lifted her head up to a sign on a rather large building, his hands rested on her shoulders. "Wyndham New York Hotel..." She mumbled then realizing he took her to a hotel she raised her eyebrows high as her shoulders tensed up as she realized he probably got a VIP room. "Thought you'd deserve it tonight." He grinned a smile growing onto his lips as he moved his hands down to her waist. He got the most expensive room he could afford just for fun, he thought it'd be nice to relax and just goof off in a hotel room.
"Gabby and Tyler are staying here too, for their engagement." He said removing his hands as he lifted up his hat and pressed his hair down, his fingers tangling in his pink fluff of hair. Kate looked up at him and nodded her head, she caught a glimpse of his hair and grinned; she always wanted to dye her hair but was always afraid, she at least dyed it 2 shades darker awhile back. As Josh led her into the hotel, an array of golden chandeliers lined down to the check in, she was awestruck on how beautiful the lights shined into it. As they walked down to the check-in they got caught by a Fan, Kate looked nervously at Josh. She hoped the fan didn't ruin this for him, but he seemed fine with it. The fan was crying as they saw the couple, Kate wasn't used to meeting people who cry when they see them, heck she barely /met/ Fans. Josh realized that and his mocha eyes locked with hers', assuring her it's alright and they weren't hurt. As the fan eyes dried up and they had a short conversation, they snapped a few pictures and wished the fan a "Goodbye.", a smile seemed to be left permanently on Josh's face as he watched the fan leave while walking towards the check-in desk. Kate was gripped onto his freehand as he talked to the lady, discussing where their room was and how they'd prefer it. "Would you guys like it to be on do-not-disturb always? Or just put it yourself." The front desk asked, Josh looked down at Kate and winked. Her tan cheeks turning a soft pink as she realized what he meant, goosebumps arising on her skin. "We'll take always." Josh said acting his best to be mature without sneaking in a laugh, the lady nodded her head and handed their room key. "Thank you for choosing Wyndham Hotel, enjoy your stay." Her voice almost sounded robotic but with emotion at the same time, Kate nodded her head in a way of 'thanks' and followed Josh to their room.

*Beep* The door to their room unlocked as Josh swung it open, a smile arose on her face as she saw there were two bedrooms, a small living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. It was almost like a small apartment, she let go of Josh's hand and threw herself onto the bed, kicking her flats off once she landed. The bed was almost like a cloud, it was soft and moved to where it fit her body. Josh threw his hat to the side and jumped to join her in the bed, his grizzly arms wrapping around her chest as he rested his head in the crook of her neck. "This is pretty sick." He said grinning as he looked around the room, Kate nodded her head and turned around to where she faced him. "How will I ever repay you." She said in the most dramatic voice she could do, throwing her head back as she placed her hand on her forehead. Josh pushed her head backup to where their foreheads were pressed together.
"Well... You could just promise me to not go to Disney World without me." He rolled his eyes, her dad was a longtime manager in the hotel area of the park. Last week she took a plane to Florida without telling him, he took it to offense at first but realized she hadn't been out for awhile. She gave out a deep breath as she nodded her head. "Of course~, your wish is my command." She said winking as Josh bit his lip. "I am seriously in love  with you." He said softly, Kate's cheeks turned a soft pink. "I'm not that special ya'know. If anything you are." She admitted looking deep into his eyes as they twinkled at her. He broke away from her and sat up, a confused look on his face. "What? No. You are just as special as me, even more." He said as Kate followed him up, her hair already in a mess from only laying down for 10 minutes. She took his hand and put it in her hand. "Y-You are such a dork." She said her cheeks a deep red as she became flustered and didn't know what to reply with. Was Josh the someone she deserved? She was always told before dating him that she deserved better. That better was in front of her all along, she always would second guess Josh, but now that she had him; she could barely survive without him while he was on tour. She would always make him FaceTime her, even during rehearsal.

She was able to be set up to where she was right next to his drum set and was able to critique his drumming, well that was her excuse of course. One time she accidentally FaceTimed him during a show and during the quick break he FaceTimed her back while eating his Oreos, saying he was sorry for missing the call. She felt emotion roll up in her stomach as the words slipped out of her mouth. "I missed you." She said softly as Josh raised an eyebrow and his mouth shaped into an 'O' as he realized what she meant. He put his callused hand on her cheek and planted a kiss on her forehead. "Don't worry, we're taking a break for awhile." He assured her as he rubbed her back. She nodded her head, looking up at him and grinning. "O-Ok, I'll enjoy that." A chuckle escaping her lips as she thought about all the things they could do. "Just don't lock me up." He joked, Kate looked at him and smirked. It took Josh awhile to process what he said and he raised his eyebrows.
"W-Well I mean...that's ok...if you're alright!" He said his voice cracking, Kate shook her head and grinned. "Only if it makes you feel good."

What does a couple do at 3am in an expensive hotel? Well, they sit on a bed and eat cake of course. Josh was sprawled out on the same bed as Kate, shirtless as they watched The Office. Josh had his back towards Kate as he laid on his stomach towards the TV. Meaning Kate had a full shot of his... Behind. She snapped a picture on snapchat and swiped to the time filter. She let anyone message her on snapchat since she never really got that many friends on there since no one shared it. She shut her phone off for the group of fans who did follow her on there, she didn't feel like seeing all the notifications just yet. She took a piece of the cake and laid on her stomach next to Josh, elbowing him as he opened his mouth and took a bite of the Cake a grin on his face.
"You know what's funny." He said his hair a mess in a whole spunk of tangles. "What?"
"Cake sounds like your name, Kate. Get it because, Kate, Cake. I just ate some Cake from Kate." He started laughing at his own joke as Kate frowned. "Joshua William Dun, if only you smashed me as hard as your drums." She joked as she began to laugh at now her own joke, but this time Josh did too. He threw his head back as he laughed, Kate's head leaning off the end of the bed as she laughed.
"I am 99% sure we are drunk." She said as she finally finished Laughing raising her head up from the bed.
"No! I just really like cake... And Kate." He said laughing once again as Kate did too falling sideways onto his back and began to laugh. His back was fairly cold too, her bare shoulders against his back made a shiver go down her spine. "I'm gonna change." She rose up form the bed. "I'll help." He winked as he sat his cake down, she could feel her cheeks turn a deep red. He walked towards her, his v-line out for the whole world to see. He was still wearing his skinny jeans and sock but his chest was bare and shiny too.
"Fine fine, just don't get antsy." She rolled her eyes as she grabbed her bag that Josh had dropped off that was full of clothes. Josh unzipped his pants as he went to grab just a pair of plain black basketball shorts, she glanced in the bathroom mirror to see him in his boxers. "Calvin Klein?" She grinned as she grabbed an old shirt and took off her shirt, Josh looked at her in the mirror, his cheeks turning a deep red. "Victoria Secrets?" He responded as he nodded her head towards her bra.
"They're comfy and sexy ok?" She rolled her eyes as she threw on an old shirt that read "Ask me about my cats." It was one of her favorites. She then slid off her pants and quickly slipped on some gym shorts. She then stretched as she turned around to see Josh now wearing pants.
"Is this acceptable for you?" She asked leaning against the frame of the door as she put a hand on his shoulder. Josh looked her up and down and nodded his head. "For now." He grinned as he grabbed her hand into his and pulled her to the bed. The drummer turned off the TV and the lights, now siting in total darkness. "Goodnight." He said as he planted a kiss on her cheek as he wrapped his arms around her waist and spooned her.

"Maybe tomorrow." She said half asleep, Josh went to sleep with a smirk on his face.
