Unusually small

Chapter 22: Flights

The next morning we got into the flight, staying overnight wasn't as big a deal as we thought it would be.

Not many people think it's a good idea to sleep next to two guys... I wonder why.

Anyways, I rode in Kyle's shirt pocket as always, as we boarded the plane.  I think Nina and Wren were gonna be in a different section of the plane. Because those were the only seats one could get.

Kyle walked with only one carry-on, witch was his clothes bag. It had clothes in it, and a book. I forget which one but it looked pretty cool.

He sat down in his seat, making sure not to disturb the tiny person in his pocket. He checked on me a couple times before a really chubby guy sat down beside him, breathing heavily.

I could already tell that this flight isn't going to be the best one.

A couple minutes after the flight took off, I asked Kyle if I could read a book. But he wanted to sleep, so... I guess whatever Kyle's going to do, I'm going to do that to.

But at least he had the politeness to let me try to read, in his bag. It didn't work out so well, as he looked suspicious, and the guy sitting next to him looked over a couple times.

So I tried to read, but I couldn't turn the pages. I didn't want to ask Kyle because he was sleeping and I didn't want to disturb him, so I settled myself into a shirt, and I fell asleep.

I woke up to Kyle stepping past the chubby guy to get to the isle.

The guy was eyeing Kyle's bag like it contained gold.

He was eyeing me.

I looked on in horror as he looked around to see if anyone was watching, then, when Kyle left his line of vision, he reached out to me and snatched me from Kyle's bag.

"Hey, that isn't yours." I heard a female voice say.

I aw through a crack in the guys fingers, that it was a girl. She had blond hair and blue eyes. She had her hair down, and I could see that she had long eyelashes.

"It's none of your business." The guy snapped.

"Well, it could be the courts." She said, looking around for a flight assistant.

I could feel the guys palms get sweaty, "Maybe this was mine and this person took it from me first."

"You don't even know the persons gender." She said.

"L-look, if you don't cause any trouble, then I'll give you something you can't refuse." He said, tightening his grip around me.

"Nu-uh, Emma don't work like that. Uh, yes hello! Could you come here please?" She called to a flight attendant.

"Yes, may I help you?" The attendant asked Emma.

"Yes, this-"

"Thank goodness you're here!" The guy suddenly interrupted.
