I opened the door and it slammed into Dakota who was running to it. "oh my gosh! Kota! Im so sorry"

"Kai! You are okay. Oh thank the Lord you were gone from your bunk and after everything that has happened we were worried, then Raelyn suggested to check the prison. I am so glad your okay lets go tell the others" he grabbed my hand and we started walking to the report room. "so why were you in the prison anyways?"

I didn't want to tell him anything so I just shrugged and we came to the report room. All my friends plus Lacey and Ethan were standing around the table, they looked up as I entered and Rae ran up to give me a hug, Scarlet let out a sign and smiled at me and Quinn put her hands on her hips and shook her head a little but she had a smile on her face. "im sorry if I scared you guys I was down in the prison just checking things out"

I noticed Ethan eyeing me knowing I was lying but the others seemed to buy it and that's all I cared about. "just let us know where your going next time before you randomly leave after passing out" Quinn told me I gave everyone a smile then looked to Ethan

"oh when you have a chance I need to speak with you" he sighed probably guessing I wanted to talk to him about Robin, he nodded and left the room with Lacey they talked about the mission on the way out.

"so tell me about the mission"

Since I had already seen what Scarlet and Quinn were doing I listened to Rae tell the story about what happened on their side. "well you saw everything until we split up, Kota and I went looking for the files but were intercepted by this girl, she looked a bit like Willow but that's impossible since shes in custody. But this girl could manipulate gas substances first she made it hard to breathe, I don't exactly know what she was doing but I know what it felt like on our end. Then the laughing gas came, we couldn't do anything except laugh thankfully Kotas immune system kicked in and it flushed all the gasses out, since the gas wasn't exactly a sickness he couldn't "cure" me so he took out the girl then once she was down the gasses went away and we went searching for the files and the twins, we weren't succsesfull but eventually found the twins and know here we are."

I took everything in. it seemed strange that there was a girl that looked like Willow there, she had worked for Dr. Black but shes in jail so she couldn't have gotten there but it just seemed like too big of a coincidence for Black to have two girls who looked the same, I decided after I was done here I was going to talk to Willow. "thanks guys for letting me know. Im going to go down to talk to Willow to see if she can provide any insight on these people" I shut the door on my way out to go back into the prison, "Miss Bellany!" I heard someone call, I imediantly tense the only time someone has called me miss bellany was Dr. Black. I turn and see a short man that I recognize, he is on an internship with Ethan.

"oh hi.." I pause forgetting his name.

"Gabriel. Its Gabriel. Mr. Tharks says hes available to speak with you know, I can escort you back to his office if you would like" Gabriel stumbles a little over his words as if scared of saying something wrong.

"sure Gabriel I would love an escort to his office" I smile I don't like anybody feeling uncomfortable around me so I try to ease him up a little. Talking with Willow would have to wait until after meeting with Ethan. We stop at his door and I wait while Gabriel knocks. It seems a little ridiculous and not needed but I let him do it if it makes him feel more comfortable. Ethan opens his door with a smile on his face " ahhh Kai wonderful seeing you, Gabriel will you excuse us a moment?" Gabriel leave us and Ethan pulls me into his office.

"now I understand you wanted to talk and I think I know what this is about. Robin down there in the jail?" so he did suspect.

I walked over to a chair behind the desk "now before you say anything just hear me out. I have already talked to him and he said if you give him a fair trial he will agree to work for us and use his powers for good, Ethan hes changed. The only reason why he was working with Black was because Black treated him like a son, until he got thrown into here he relized Black never cared about him and he was just another of his play things, please Ethan, Robin is a good person"

He sat down across from me. Shaking his head " Kai first of all im going to ask you. How did you find out his name?" I begin to awnser and he cuts me off again "don't awnser yet. And also, did you ever wonder if he was lying? His whole abilities are based on causing people pain. Did you ever stop and think about that?!" he rubs his eyes and sighs "Kai you are such a promising person, I was thinking about making you an agent but if you can even see past peoples lies, I know you try to see the good in everybody but you have to face reality sometimes"

I look down and run my hands through my hair "please sir, i did think about him lying that's why im saying give him a trial your people are better at telling if someones lying so they can decide. Sir just give him a chance, and about making me an agent, sir you know I don't have powers I cant help you at all" I reach up and feel my necklace very nervous.

Ethan reached across his desk and grabbed my hand. "Kai I like you, you're an extrodinary help to this team but I just don't think it's a good idea to give him a trial, ths may just be a scam to get out of the cell and he can use his abilities on us and escape, I know you don't think of him this way but his past defines him, as for making you an agent, not all agents have powers some are just incredible fighters and with training you can be extraordinary. Now Ka im not saying yes to the trail but I will think on it, now please leave, go visit lacey if you want more information on becoming an agent" he stood and walked to the window of his office looking out, I took that as my cue to leave. Silently I got up and walked out closing the door behind me.
