Robin Hood

I woke with someone's arms around me. I don't understand when people say they wake up and don't know where they are. I knew exactly where I was and exactly whose arms were around me. I yelped and scrambled out of the cot. I heard a low laugh and saw a guard watching me with amusement from outside of the bars. As I straightened myself I was overcome with the urge to pee.

 I saw the boy, who I realized I didn't even know his name, stand up and walk over to the hole. He had an eyebrow raised at me and turned, he started unbuckling his pants and I quickly turned away and saw the guard obviously trying to hold in his laughter. My face was red and hot and I didn't know how he wasn't uncomfortable peeing in front of me. I heard his flow stop but didn't turn around until I heard him laugh " I'm done. You can turn around now"

I turned slowly with him laughing the whole time, my face was embarrassingly red now. 

"Do you need to pee? I will turn around for you and I'm sure this gentlemen will turn around as well" the gentlemen he was referring to was the guard and he nodded his agreement. 

I walked over to the hole, turned back to make sure they were looking away and then peed. It was such a relief even if I was scared they would turn around the whole time. When I was done I told them they could turn back around.

"So what is there fun to do here?"I asked

With an eyebrow raised he answered "fun? This is prison not a party but to pass the time, Sergio and I sometimes play tic-tac-toe" he nodded at the guard who I guessed was Sergio. "But now that I have a friend we can play together"

I sat on the edge of the cot and nodded "sure"

He drew out a tic-tac-toe board in the dust on the floor. We played for a few hours until a woman brought down a plate of food for both of us. On the plate was a loaf of bread and some cheese. With the food was a water jug and two cups. I thanked her and she left. The boy and I ate in silence, once we were done the guard shift switched and this time a buff woman was guarding the door. "Hey Maria" the boy exclaimed the guard nodded and we went back to our game of tic-tac-toe. Once I beat him about 5 times we stopped and talked. We talked about what we did at SEWL and what happened and how we were accused. "My best friends even thought I was the spy. The girl that threw me in here, Scarlet, she was one of them" he gave me a look of sympathy

"So you worked in the control room for 4 years then they decide you're the spy, lucky you I guess. Wait Scarlet as in The Geminis? And her sister Mirage?" When I nodded he continued "that's awesome! Well I mean that you were friends with them not that they threw you in here."

I playfully scowled at him. I was beginning to like this boy, he was funny. "Yeah it was cool I guess." I got up to pee again, I was getting used to this. Dinner came to us as spaghetti and more cheese. After that he crawled into the cot and I crawled in after him. I shivered, I wanted a blanket it was cold at nights. He opened his arms to me "may I?"

"I never got your name. I'm Kai"

"Robin and I know who you are, you're the princess" I chuckled and he wrapped his arms around me. I didn't even try to argue, I almost wanted his arms around me. Damn Kai you've known him for two days don't even start getting a crush. I dozed off in his arms, he smelled of dust and the spaghetti we had just eaten, but he pulled it off greatly.
