"fuck." i mumbled when ella left and i couldn't even explain my thoughts to her.

"dad! she fucking heard what you said." i groaned, entering the living room again.

"reece, please, language." my mum scalded, motioning to lexi, "but what did you say, jamie?"

"i just told reece to be careful with her, she must be pretty lonely, so may just be with him to end that." dad said.

"i don't thinks she's like that." mum said, "she's such a lovely girl, i think she genuinely really likes reece."

"liked." i mumbled, "she probably hates me now, but i didn't even say anything!" i said, blinking back a tear.

"do you really like her?" mum asked.

i nodded, "yeah, i really do." i sighed.

"she'll be able to see that, i'm sure. go after her, stay over if she lets you. explain." mum said.

"thanks." i said, managing a small smile and hugging her, before going to my own car and driving to ella's house.

"reece?" i said, opening my front door, having previously assumed it would be george.

"ella, i'm so sorry.."

"it's alright." i mumbled. "i guess i was a bit lonely, but that's definitely not the reason why i like you."

"i know that, and my mum knows that. my dad probably didn't want me to get my heart broken, but i'm not going to break yours by believing him." reece said, his arms slipping around my waist, as he buried his face into my neck. "i'm sorry, i love you." he added, before his face snapped up and a deep blush set into his cheeks as he realised his words.

"you love me?" i asked softly and he nodded, "i love you too." i smiled and he did as well, dimples prominent.

he hugged me again, my arms wrapping around his neck as he held me tight, my heart racing at the foreign words we'd just exchanged, but a happy smile lingered on my lips.

i opened my front door for the third time, hugging blake.

"if you need to cry, go right ahead, if you don't want to talk, that's perfectly fine, but if you want to scream or shout, just do it. have a complete fucking go at me or rant, i won't mind. if you need to punch something, cushions, beds, the floor, if you need to feel physical pain, pinch yourself or bite down really hard, if you want to be alone, lock yourself in whichever room you like, if you want a distraction, i have a lot of food, puppies and movies, or reece, george and i can distract you. if you want to calm down, write, paint, draw or listen to music, if you want to talk, i'm here, and the boys are here. if you want to burn, work the fuck out or go in the pool. sleep for a day, or pull an all nighter. snog george's face off, if you want. just don't feel alone or helpless." i said.

"thank you." blake said, managing a small smile.

"where do you want to go? the boys are upstairs, but you don't have to go there, if you don't want to."

"um, i'll go see them." blake said and i went up to the 'sleepover room'.

blake made a bee-line for george and immediately pulled him in for a hug.

"hi, are you alright?" george asked softly and blake nodded, letting go of him.

"hi, mate, i'm here if you need." reece said, blake thanking him softly.

i went and sat next to reece, him loosely putting his arms around me.

after a few minutes of silence, from the dark haired boy, blake asked, "can i kiss you?" and george nodded, the younger boy moving so he was sat on the blonde boy's lap, straddling him, as he crashed their lips together and held his face gently, george wrapping his arms around blake's waist and allowing him to kiss as hard as he liked.

i stood up and grabbed reece's hand, walking out and going into my bedroom.
