Cody's POV
"Natalie!" I yelled slamming the door open before I closed it then walked into the living room.Natalie was on the phone, like always. She glared my way before looking away.
"Hold on a sec please." she said in a voice I never heard before. One that was sweet, and my sister is not sweet. She put the phone on her lap then looked at me. "What?!" she yelled.
"We need to talk." I said breathing hard and she blinked.
"Sounds like you ran here....must be super unimportant." she said smirking and I glared. "Anyway let's talk later. Now is not a good time." she said then picked up her phone and began talking again.
I slanted my eyes. She's talking to a boy, isn't she? I walked up to her and she didn't even look up.
"That better not be a boy." I said glaring and she blushed with her eyes wide. Immediately I took her phone away.
"Hey!" she yelled with her face red.
"Who's this?" I asked pushing my sister's head as she reached for her phone.
"Uh...Rose." a female voice said and I sighed in relief.
"Well Rose;" I said taking my hand away from my sister's head which caused her to fall face first onto the couch as I walked a bit far from her. "My sister and I need to talk. I promise she'll call you back." I said then hung up.
Natalie stood up and looked at me like she was going to kill me. I threw her phone on the couch and she twitched. I rolled my eyes and grabbed her arm.
"Be mad later, we have to talk right now." I said dragging her upstairs to my room.
After fighting with her I finally got Natalie to sit down. She was sitting kriss crossed with her golden blonde sandy brown hair hanging past her shoulders. She huffed and glared her bright green eyes at me.
"Speak." she said and I smirked.
"Arf." I said and began making dog noises.
"Cody!" she yelled and I smirked in response.
"You said to speak which is commonly said to dogs, so I thought you wanted me to speak like a dog." I said.
"Your an idiot." she said crossing her arms glaring.
"No, I'm just smarter and think more about things than you." I said crossing my arms also.
"I'm leaving." she said as she was getting up.
"Noooo, I'm sorry." I said making her sit back down and she crossed her arms again.
"Well say what you have to say." she said and I sighed.
"My friend that I have known since third grade, asked me out on a date." I said and she blinked.
"And the problem iiisss?" she asked leaning forward.
"I don't like her like that-" I started to say.
"Never stopped you before." she said and I glared.
"Anyway, I didn't know what to say to her...." I said sighing.
"So you said yes?" she asked.
"I said sure." I said and she rolled her eyes.
"Same thing." she said.
"Not all the time." I said and she huffed.
"Look Cody, I'll come along." she said and I looked at her like she was crazy.
"I don't think Meg would like me to have someone else join us on what's suppose to be our date." I said raising an eyebrow.
"Tell her you had to watch me." she said shrugging.
"That's weird, besides your always at home alone after school." I said.
"Yeah, until you come home. Plus she doesn't know that." she said rolling her eyes.
"Fine." I said huffing and she hopped off my bed.
"So when's the date?" she asked.
"At ten in the morning on Sunday." I said and she laughed.
"You get up at one on weekends, you barley wake up in time for school." she said rolling her eyes.
I huffed again as she laughed before leaving my room. I laid back on my bed with my arms behind my head. I looked up at the ceiling and sighed.
