Ready to eat?

  By now they were about 2 yards away from the keekkers( 4 miles as flies). As they drew closer , there was a horrid smell. It wasn't the smell of dead bodies.It was the smell of burned wood after a fire. Or maybe fire  itself. Rain took note of everything in her head. When they were 1 yard away they noticed the keekkers made a weird noise, the sound of a panting dog. Maybe someone one their Asama attack.They were able to observe more thing because of there fly sight. Also for some reason time went slower as a fly. Finally, They landed on the skin of the keekkers. Their skin was some what soft and squishy. Also it was nice and cool.They looked around, There was 26 keekkers in total. They must need alot of bodies to fill them up. But where did the bodies go? That was the most important question that never had to remain un-answered. Liam explained the plan. Jene and Liam would go looking for the bodies and collecting information. Meanwhile Rain would wait on the keekker until it woke up and she would give them the signal. It was a great idea.

   After 2 hours of standing on top of a keekker it got boring. Suddenly something moved where she was standing! The head rose. She felt like giving the signal but, a feeling of kindness kept her from not giving the signal. The keekker didn't stand up, it just stayed there laying down. I looked at her with innocence. She looked at it. Liam magic ran out and she was a human. She thought the keekker was going to eat her but he didn't. After 1 minute she realized that the keekkrs breath smelld like dust and not like dead bodies. She walked closer to it and reached for its head.She did it! She was able to pet a keekker!The only thing the keekker did was smell her hand. Rain and the keeker looked at each other in a harmless way. At that moment Rain had felt that there was a bond between them. She wanted to give him a name.She did. She called him Chibo, it meant goat in Spanish.

  '' Chibo, may name is Rain" She explained to it thinking that he would understand her. Chibo cuddled his face around her arms. Rain giggled. She felt like they were already best friends! Then she heard him try to say rain.Rain listened closely. Then she heard the vioce whisper to her again. He's the only one who is like this. It was the same vice that she heard 2 times. Thia must mean it is safe to trust Chibo. She looked at Chibo and smiled trusting his kindness.Raim he barked.
