Chapter17 The monster comes out

Suki's POV

Midnight

I lied in bed crying my eyes out as Sasha patted my back in a comforting way."Why?"I asked through tears."Suki pleas calm down,we both know he loves you a lot."Sasha said soothingly.I took long deep breaths in and out,until my breathing evened out.Then I wiped away my tears."Your right Sasha,he dosent deserve someone as good as me."I said gaining back my confidence."I didn't say that."Sasha said,but was ignored."He dosent deserve my tears either."I stated hugging Sasha around the neck."Thanks Sasha,your always there for me."Sasha struggled free."Suki,no,he isn't rejecting you he's just finishing what he started with that Ino girl."She said playing with her tail."Its actually kind of sweet."She added blushing slightly."I can't believe what I'm hearing,I thought you had it out for Masomi."I said catching her off guard."What,no,I mean Masomi's a great friend and ninja,I just hurt him phisycly cause its fun."She said defensively.I raised an eyebrow in suspicion."You like him don't you."I accused making her gasp."What!?"She asked in disbelief."Admit it!"I demanded balding my fist at my sides."Ok,a little."She admitted in a loud whisper."But who wouldn't,he's beyond HOT."She justified."When he comes back its either me or Ino."I sneered causing Sasha to groan,and escape my rants into the safety of our kitchen.I sat on the couch and gasped at the clock on the opposite wall which read.12:30.*What could be taking him so long?*I thought anger ranging through my veins.

Mean while

Masomi's POV

I sat on the edge of the ledge looking over at konaha.The stars along with the moon shone over the large village giving it a dreamlike beauty.Stretching and yawning I tucked my hands behind my head and lied back on the grass."My home."I whispered liking the thought of a place were I belong."You don't belong here."A familiar voice said from close behind.I looked back to see a girl no older than me standing against a tree.Her hair was I fiery stream of red that reached down her back covering her back side like a cloak.She was pale skinned and beautiful beyond understanding.Her eyes resembled my Pyragan except the pyramids in her eyes were a crimson red,matching the red clouds on her black cloak.Wait,where have I seen that cloak before?"Akatsuki."I said in a harsh whisper getting to my feet."You belong with us not these ignorant fools."She hissed gesturing towards the trees.My eyes widened as I spotted cloaked figures in the shadows."Don't look surprised,when leader said we would have you he wasn't joking."I thrusted both arms to my sides activating my talons along with my blue Pyragan."You know you can't defeat us all,that's why you left remember."The girl taunted walking a close circle around me."Ill still try."I said turning with her every move and keeping her from behind me.She was behind me in a spark of red lightning."Who are you?"I said ducking and rolling so she wouldn't be behind me."Aww you don't remember me?"She asked making my eyes widened in realisation of her voice."You were the voice who haunted my mind."I said clenching my fist andl ooking away.She was in my line of sight."What do you want?"I asked looking her in the face.She smiled wickedly and patted my shoulder."Not what we want but who we want."She said correcting me."And that person is you."She said pressing my nose."And what makes you think Ill come with you?"I asked letting lightning run up.my arms."We thought you would refuse so we made an arrangement."I raised an eyebrow."Mr.Robby outside Kimiko's window as we speak and don't think about flashing there by the time you materalise he would of already cut her throte."She challenged.My shoulders slumped in defeat."Can I at least say good buy to someone,she deserves it."I asked retracting my talons into my gloves."Ok,but just to be sure."She said locking eyes with me and in the blink of an eye she was gone.I felt stronger as if Id eaten ten crystals."Where are you?"I asked looking around to see the Akatsuki had left.*I'm inside you so hurry up and do what needs to be done.*She said in annoyance.I flashed infront of my hotel room.I need to apologies,or Suki will be the only person I leave on a bad note.Knocking on the door I sihed and cleared my voice of emotion.

Suki's POV

Knock!!knock!!I ran to the door."Who is it?"I asked anxiously."Masomi."He answered in a cold manner.I opened the door revealing him in all his sad/hot glory.I looked at him confused,as all my anger devolved into worry."I'm so sorry."He began but was pulled into a close hug."I know."I said softly rubbing his back as we sat on the couch."Sasha!"Masomi called.She walked in eating a sandwich."I need to talk to you two."He said with a serious voice.Sasha sat down as he looked down at his boots."After the exams I'm not going to the puddle village."Bringing tears to both our eyes."Why?"I croaked through tears.He hugged both of us and began to explain."I'm joining the Akatsuki."I stood up breaking his hug and pulling Sasha with me as we stepped back.He chuckled darkly."Can't you see my dear Suki,that's where I belong."He said standing uo and activating his visual jutsu.I pulled out senborn needles as Sasha pulled out her wind staff."Pathetic."He said with another voice echoing through his own,then drew his ninja talons.I ran up to him quickly engaging in tijutsu.I threw two punches which he dodged as expected then kicked at him making him step back.His eyes widened as a hand full of needles detached from the bottom of my shoe and flew at him.It skimmed his cheek leaving two shallow scratches which blead slowly.When he landed Sasha struck."Wind style:dancing tornado!"She shouted making a tornado stretch at him from her palm.It almost hit him but a spark of purple lightning surged and he was outside.We rushed out side and spotted him on top of the Hokage's building surrounded my masked men,who I assumed to be leaf village Ambu.I got to the roof top with Sasha on my heels."Don't underestimate him he's stronger than he looks!"I shouted earnings a chuckle from the Ambu beside me."Watch a pro handle this."He said and all the Ambu did the same hand signs in sync."Fire style:giant flame bomb!"The crowd shouted.All the fire washed over Masomi so fast I would of feared he was dead,but I knew not to.Through an opening in the fire I spotted him surrounded by a thin transparent blue fire shield which began cracking like glass."Brace yourselves,Egyptian style:blazing tsunami."He said calmly.A giant blue wave of speeding fire erupted from his shield,swirling around and making his hair blow out its ponytail and swirl around as he extended his opened palm towards the front."Combustion."He said causing his blue flames to consume all the Ambu burning them sevearly.I was blown down violently and lied there beside the unconscious Sasha and Ambu as some moaned in despair.Masomi stood there looking down at me with his new eyes.They had red pupils,with an black upside down pyramid on it and red eye engraved on it."Tell the Hokage Masomi Nekoda has gone Akatsuki rouge."He said before the pain consumed me along with darkness as he disappeared in a flash of red lightning and loud boom of thunder.
