Chapter12 For Masomi

Two weeks later

Kimiko's POV

"Kim you haven't even touched your ramen."Ino stated worry clear in her voice.I looked down sadly."Ino,my brother was going to help through the chunnin exams,but it's been a week since he's disappeared."I said wiping a lone tear from my cheek.She hugged me from behind."It's alright Kim I miss him too,but we have a month until the exams start,and even though you don't have a team everyone you know has your back."Ino explained getting me to smile weakly."Thanks Ino I needed that and I'm sure the search party will bring him home safely."I said then happily started slurping down my ramen.Sasuke came into the kitchen and sat beside me giving me a small peck on the lips."We should go get some more training in."He said casually.I nodded and stood up."See you later Ino!"I exclaimed running out the house with throte annoyed Sasuke in tow."Kim you don't have to run so fast!"He called from close behind.When we got to the training field Naruto and Sakura were waiting for us.Sasuke came up behind me locking our fingers.Sakura looked jealous and Naruto fist pumped the air."Their here Sakura-chan believe it!"He exclaimed.We all spaced out and looked at Sasuke for instructions."This is just a warm up sparr between the four of us,so we could be better prepared for ambush in the exams."He explained throwing kuni at me which I easily deflected with my katana.I lunged at Sasuke as Naruto and Sakura watched in awe.

Masomi'sPOV

Two days before the exams

I've been in the puddle village for about two mouths and I've been helping Suki and Sasha train their butts off for the upcoming exams.My ninja clothes were different and I was already familiar with ninjutsu,genjutsu,and ninja style tijutsu.My official ninja attire was now a red mask like Kakashi wore,my puddle headband was tied loosely around my neck and I had on a black tanktop with red ninja sleeves on my arms and black fingerless gloves on each hand.I had red cargo shorts and a mixture of black and red bandages wrapped around my legs and my black combat boots.My hair was now jet black with red highlights at the end of my ponytail and my bang that covered my right eye."No Suki do it like this."I said demonstrating how to throw senborn needles from between each knuckle."You'll hit the mark every time."I commented watching her do it perfectly.Suki and Sasha were more like my students even though I was under their watch.They taught me and I taught them even though we had different chakra natures.Suki was water and Ice,Sasha was wind,and I was purple lightning and blue fire.Suki was our squad leader even though we were all fourteen.Her mom had taught me how to fight using ninja talons(Gloves with long claws that can be retracted through the knuckles,like wolverine from X-men)which I mastered in the first hour she taught me.There was red hair that decorated the wrist part of my gloves and the retractable claws were golden.These were now my main weapons."Alright!Now come at me with the intent to kill,and don't worry.Ill hold back."I said drawing my claws and turning to face Sasha and Suki.Suki instantly threw senborn which multiplied as they flew at me.I ran back and turned towards the needles crossing my arms like an X and forming a shield of transparent blue flames.When the first needles hit my shield it poofed making my eyes widen.*A diversion!*I thought then looked up to see the sky blocked by a storm of glistening ice needles.Sasha and Suki both ran at me from different directions and I new at this point blocking was pointless,but I did anyway for their satisfaction.As The needles melted water pooled around me and wrapped around me freezing my body and leaving my head free."Ok job even though I held back the majority of my power."I taunted earning a slap from Sasha.I only smirked in reply."I guess kitty does have claws."I said knowing how angry she would get."That's it!"She shouted pulling out her wind staff.I turned into lightning and was hiding behind Suki in seconds.Sasha swung her staff at me almost decapitating Suki in the process."That was a test for you Sasha and like always you failed letting anger take control."I said catching her staff inches from Suki's face."To help you overcome your anger with being in relation with an animal,you will be caged and put in a pet shop."I said boardly."No way.."She began but I quickly summoned a human sized cage She tried to run but me and Suki grabbed her and stuffed her in the cage almost slamming her long striped tail in the door.We drug the cage to the closest pet shop as Sasha cursed me with all the profanity she new.Some were actually new to me.We sat her cage in the shop and waved goodbye."See you tomorrow."I said giving her a closed eyed smile."I swear to Kami Ill kill you!"She shouted drawing her sharp claws and trying to break free from the chakra draining cage,but to no avail.I pulled off my mask and placed it in my ninja pouch.Sasha became tired and lied down and began playing with her tail sadly.She looked at me with sad eyes and pouted.I looked at her sympatheticly and took Suki's hand in mine."Honey lets adopt that one!"I begged getting everyone's attention.Suki blushed and nodded playing along with my act.I stood close to the cage and smirked at Sasha."Hey little kitty,want to come home with me and my girlfriend,Suki?"This earned a half hearted hiss from Sasha and envious looks towards Suki.I went to get the blind old shop keeper.He peered at the cage as if he could see."Oh this un again,he gets sent back a lot,a troublesome un here I reckon."I burst out laughing as Suki held a hand over her mouth so she wouldn't.Other people laughed as well.Sasha lunged at him from inside the cage and he sprayed her with a spray bottle of water.She hissed and shrank back.I averted my gaze to a different cage to see the bunny that hopped out the bush when I first got here."Yeah,ill take these two."I said pulling out Sasha's wallet and paying for her and the rabbit.I held the bunny inches from my face observing him."Ill name you killer."I said sitting him on my head and helping Suki drag Sasha's cage home.She was sound asleep when we got home and I let the cage poof away.Looking at the time it read 10:00pm.I carried her to her room and tucked her in bed kissing her forehead and leaving the room.When she wakes up she'll either kill me in my sleep or be ready for the exams emotionally.
