It's been five months since the twins were born and Costa and Destiny couldn't be happier. At The Luxor Criss is working on some stuff when Costa came in with the twins in a stroller. "Oh my god look how big they're gotten" he stated as Costa sat down. "Destiny was thrilled that the kids didn't have colic or she would of gone insane" Costa remarked as Criss chuckled. "Don't remind me you remember how bad Johnny's colic was I was ready to be put in a straight jack than into a padded room" Criss remembered as Destiny came in. "So this is where you're hiding hey Criss" giving him a hug.
"It's so good to see you Destiny Costa was telling me the twins didn't have colic". "I would of lost my mind if they did where's Johnny and Shaunyl?". "Out with my mom" Criss stated as a tear fell down his face. "What's wrong Criss you look like you're ready to cry?" Destiny inquired. "I'm sad that after the fun raiser Shaunyl and Johnny are going back home. I probably won't him until maybe Thanks giving or Christmas" wiping the tear away. "Don't let it get you down Criss". "Excuse me I need some air" and Criss went outside.
"I hate seeing Criss this way every time Shaunyl goes back to Australia with Johnny"Costa remarked. "I know". "I'm going to go see if Criss is all right" and went outside. When she got outside Criss was sitting on a bench out of view of people but not Destiny's. When she got there Criss had a manila envelope in his hand He lifted his head with tear stains down his face. "Christopher what's wrong?".
"It's Shaunyl she's suing me for sole custody of Johnny" showing her the papers. Destiny couldn't believe as she read the document she remembered that Shaunyl was thinking of coming back to the United States but now she decides to tear his heart out like Sandra did. "Criss is going to be all right I'll go talk to her before she decides to sneak back to Australia " and gave Criss a hug.
