I'm going to put a warning above where some stuff that may be triggering to some people. Also, I couldn't think of any homophobic comment to save my life. So, sorry if it's not that good...

Aiden Woods

It's been a few day since the incident with Chase. It's been all forgotten. Maybe. Tomorrow is Jackson's birthday and I wanted to do something special. I have to ask Sophia about it.

We were laying on Sophia's bed, both laying in different directions. My Chemical Romance softly playing in the background. We were studying for the upcoming test and since Sophia had already taken it in high school. We hadn't talked for a while since we were reading over the chapter.

"Sophia? What should I do for Jackson? You know? For his birthday that's coming up." Sophia looked up from her textbook and then to me. A wide grin spread across her face. "What?" I asked.

"You should take him on a date! Like tell him that you're taking him and couple of his friends out to dinner, but then say that they couldn't make it. It would be so romantic! I can help you set it up!" A smile crept onto my face. That was a perfect plan.

"Okay, when do I tell him?"

"Make sure you tell his friends about it too, because he could ask them about it. Ask them first, then ask Jackson." I understood what she was saying. I am just getting a lot of people in on this. It's okay, I can work with this. I'll just talk to them at lunch, while Jackson's in the bathroom or something.

We were sitting at the lunch table, talking about endless amounts of things, when Sophia gets up and winks at me.

"Jackson, I need to tell you something in private." Jackson looks at me and I just shrug.

"Okay. See you later, Aiden." I wave at him and watch him walk out of the cafeteria. Once he's gone, I turn to his friends. I guess you could call them my friends, now because I pretty much am friends with all of Jackson's friends. Oh, well.

"Guys. I need to ask a favor." The all stop talking and look at me.

"What kind of favor?" Noah asks.

"So, you know how Jackson's birthday is today?" They all nod. "Well, I wanted to do something special for him, you know, like to get his mind off of things. Sophia came up with the idea that I tell him that all of you are coming, but say you cancel like last minute and then we can just be alone." They all smile and nod.

"That's a great idea, but why aren't you inviting us again?" Liam asks.

"Because he wants to be alone with Jackson, dipsh*t," Noah says to Liam. Liam furrows in eyes in confusion.

"Why does he want to be alone with Jackson, though?" Noah looks at me for consent and I nod. He turns back to Liam and rolls his eyes.

"Because he likes him, you idiot." Liam makes an 'o' shape with his mouth.

"That's awesome, dude!" I smile and look down, trying to cover my flushed face.

"Don't embarrass him, Liam!" Ethan playfully hits Liam's arm. Liam smiles like and idiot, hitting Ethan back. I lift my head, laughing at their playfulness. I jump in my seat when I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn to see Jackson and Sophia, standing behind me. They sit down on either side of me and smile.

"Jackson, since it's your birthday, I planned something special for you." Jackson looked around the table, then back to me.

"Aw, you didn't have to do that, Aiden. A simple hug would have done me well." I laugh.
