Jackson Taylor
A week later...
Ugh! Why can't I get him out of my Head. He's your brother for Pete's sake! I thought if I just didn't see or talk to him for a while, these feelings would go away. I guess I was wrong.
I haven't been out of my room other than to get food, water, or to use the bathroom. I really should talk to Noah about this. I've been refusing visitors and I won't talk to either of my parents or Aiden. He's been living with us since last week and I haven't even looked at him. I can't. I'll just fall in love with him all over again. I can't love my brother. I just can't. But I want to so bad. I want him sobad. Ugh! Stop thinking about Aiden! Stop thinking about how perfect he is! Stop thinking about how much you would love to just kiss him everywhere... God, I really need to talk to Noah. I took out my phone and went straight to his contact. I sent him a quick text telling him to come over and sat my phone down, not looking at the response.

Noah arrived in a mere ten minutes and went straight up to my room knowing that I wasn't going to come down. He came into my room and shut thedoor behind him. At first, he looked angry because he was glaring and breathing heavily, but then his face turned into a pout.
"Jackson! You haven't been to school in so long!" Noah yelled, dragging out the 'o' in so. I looked down.
"I'm sorry, Noah. I've just been thinking." He whined a little before sitting down in the middle of my bed.
"What's been on your mind, Jack?" I growled, glaring at him. He knows that I hate being called Jack.
"So, some things have come to mind lately that I don't know what to do about." Noah raised his eyebrow and nodded, wanting me to continue. "After Aiden got out of the hospital, I took him home, you know because he was going to be living with us. Then, my mom brought us into the living room and started talking about things. Things that neither of us knew..." He tilted his head.
"What did she say?"
"She basically said that she was married to Aiden's dad and she cheated on him with my dad. That makes Aiden and I brothers, doesn't it?" I explained.
"Half."He corrected.
"What?"I asked.
"That makes you half brothers. You know? He's a brother from another...well in this case, father." I furrowed my eyebrows at him.
"Why are you so calm about this?" I asked, slightly angry.
"Why wouldn't I?"
"Because I'm in love with him! My brother!" I yelled at him. Noah chuckled.
"Dude,if you love him, then it shouldn't matter. You loved him before you found out you were brother's right?" He asked, calmly.
"Yes. I loved him with basically my whole heart." I confessed.
"Then there's nothing wrong with it. You love him, he loves you. There's that! Love is love. The heart wants what it wants, bro. Deal with it."
"Okay...But, Aiden probably hates me now! I've been ignoring him and my parents for the past week. I wouldn't even know how to talk to him..." I mumble, looking away.
"Aiden could never hate you! He loves you too much for that, bro! And for the talking thing, just walk up to him and say 'Hey'. Legit it." He explained to me. I smiled.
"Thanks, Noah." He gave me a quick 'you're welcome' and shifted on the bed."So, what's been going on?" Noah looked down.
"Are you still dating queen slut?" I nodded. "Well, she cheated on you." He leaned back and squinted his eyes, waiting for the shouting to come, but I never did. I just stared. Then, all of asudden, I burst out laughing. I know right, the perfect reaction to finding out your girlfriend cheated on you! I continue laughing as Noah gives me a weird look.
"What is wrong with you, Jackson!? Why are you laughing?" Noah yelled over my laughter. I tried to compose myself by taking deep breaths, but it didn't seem to work. After a few minutes, I finally stop laughing and allow Noah to talk. "Dude, what the hell? What are you laughing? You just found out your girlfriend is cheating on you. I know you don't like her that much, but I don't think that's the reaction you're supposed to have." I chuckle.
"Dude, I'm laughing because I haven't thought about Angelica in like two weeks. The last time I've even seen her is when Aiden called her a slut a few weeks ago. Last time, dude." I said as I fell back on my bed. Noah laughs.
"But you're never going to believe who she cheated on you with." Noah states. I sit up and face him.
"Who?"I ask, dramatically.
"Seana Michaelson." I gasped.
"Are you serious!? A girl!? Angelica, the girl who's literally been with half of the guys in the school, cheated on me, a guy, with a girl!?"Noah nodded, trying to control his laughter.
"Who would have thought, right?" Noah added. "She also goes by Angel now. Better than Angelica, I guess. It doesn't really suit her." I chuckled.
"Yeah. Well, thanks for talking to me. I'm going to go talk to Aiden, now.I'll text you once we finish... If we finish." Noah made a disgusted look at me. "Noah! I didn't mean it that way! Go!" I yelled, laughing as he left out the door.
I stood up and walked out into the hall and in front of Sophia's door.Aiden started staying in there instead of mine because of what happened. I don't blame him either. I probably wouldn't have let him in there a week ago. I brought my hand up to the door and knocked softly.
"Who is it?" Sophia yelled.
"It'sJackson." I heard some shuffling around the room and then the door opened. Sophia stood there with her hand on her hip and her face was annoyed.
"What do you want?" Her voice was just as equally annoyed.
"I want to talk to Aiden," I answered, quietly.
"And why's that?" She moved so she was leaning on the door frame.
"I wanted to apologize to him, but if you're not going to let me in there, I guess I can wait until he comes out." I turned to walkaway.
"Wait! He's in here. Come in. I'll leave." She said desperately. I silently thanked her and walked in the room. She left, shutting the door on the way out.
As I walked in the room, I noticed that he wasn't anywhere to be found.I checked under the bed, in the bathroom, behind the curtains, and nothing. I couldn't find him.
"Aiden?" I called out.
I heard shuffling coming from the closet. Of course, I didn't check there. I walk over to the closet and slowly open the door.
"Awe,lefty beat you this time, righty." Aiden pouted sadly at his right thumb. Oh, Aiden...
"Aiden?" I said. His head snapped in my direction. I waved my hand slightly. His eyes widened. "Hey."
