Forever We'll Be Young

Tomorrow

[Author's note, please excuse this bad filler chapter. I was going somewhere but then I wasn't. Now we're here.]

*Jimin's POV*

"8...9...10! Ready or not, here I come!" I uncovered my eyes and started looking for the others. Where, oh where could they be? I heard a slight snicker coming from behind a tree. I smiled inwardly at myself and crept towards the voice, but when I looked behind the tree, no one was there. "What?!" My eyes widened in disbelief as I threw my hands into the air. "You know I will find you! There's not many places to hide!" I shouted in hopes I would get some type of reaction. I stumbled over something and feel down. "Argh!" I turned back around to see what had tripped me. "Argh can't I get any sleep like ever?!" "Yoongi hyung? You're supposed to be hiding." "Ah, I told you I wasn't going to take this seriously." "Aigoo you old bat pabo hyung." Yoongi playfully kicked me. "Remember I am still 2cm taller than you, you jamless kid." "Listen here hyung I—" "Ow Hobi, you stepped on my foot!" "It's not my fault that God of Destruction here decided to back hand slap me in the face when he broke his new sunglasses!" "I panicked alright?!" "Shhhh Jimin will hear us!" "Um guys?" Jin, Hobi, and Joonie-hyungs looked up at me. "Shit!" Jin hit Namjoon upside the head. "Watch your language mister." "Ooh Namjoonie cursed." I burst out in laughter at the three older boys' antic. "Have you guys seen V and Jungkookie?" Jin-hyung gave a small smile and patted my back. "When we were first hiding sure, but you know you maknaes. Always moving." "Ugh they keep taunting me."

*Time Skip*

It seemed like it took me forever to find Jungkookie and particularly V because he seems to always wanna move regardless of what version of hide and seek we're playing. Now we were all settled around the small campfire we had built. I leaned back against the log, watching the fire between Namjoon and Taehyung. "Today was the best day." I smiled a little at V's words and turned towards him. "Tomorrow will be even better." "What makes you say that?" "The tomorrows usually are. One day we were awkward trainees and then the next day we were a family. The tomorrows usually lead us to something better." Taehyung pursed his lips together at my thought. "Hmm guess you're right Jiminie." Taehyung smiled and laid his head on my shoulder while Namjoon hyung put his arm around the both of us. "If my two cents are worth anything, everyday I get to spend with you guys always makes me hopeful for a tomorrow." "Saranghae hyung." "Sarahaeyo."

*Author's POV*

Jin and Hoseok sat next to each other discussing what they should do the next day."Hyung since we have this extended freetime, we need to do something really fun." "Like going to the amusement park and riding roller coasters?" Jin poked his tongue out as Hoseok feigned a face of utter horror. 

"Hyung don't even joke about that please." 

Jin laughed and continued looking through pictures. "Okay my little Hoseokie, how about we go here?" "See hyung?! No need to scare thesmiling angel." "I don't know, I rather quite like seeing you scared althoughprobably not as much as Jungkookie. Hoseok shuddered. "Snakeu and spideu, I cannot hyung. Aish that little kid." Jin and Hoseok laughed and began stargazing under the firelight. "Hyung why you always carry a lighter? You don't smoke."Jungkook raised his head on Yoongi's lap. Yoongi smiled, his unwavering gaze never leaving the tiny flame in his hand. "Isn't it amazing how something so small could be so destructive?" "So...you when someone wakes you up?" Jungkook braced himself for the consequences of his joke, but to his surprise and to Yoongi's surprise as well, the older boy just caressed the younger's forehead and began running his fingers through his hair. "Or when Hyung raps don't you think?" "Well you are kind of inspirational when you rap, especially to V-hyung." "Inspires you say?" Both: "Infires!"

Yoongi and Jungkook broke out into a fit of chuckles. "But even as destructive as it is, this small it iscontrollable and can be more willed. Or....I don't know, I guess I just feel better having it around me since Jin-Hyung gave it to me." "I know what you mean. Is it weird that I have this glooming feeling like something is coming?""No I think I may kind of have it too, which is why I guess I'm finding myself detached from the big fire." "If something is coming, will we be able to get through it?" "I don't know Kookie, but no matter what happens, we will be together always." "Promise hyung?" "I promise." Jungkook sat up enough to turnaround and blow out Yoongi's lighter. Jungkook then laid back while the older boy wrapped his arms around him, pulling him closer. Jungkook felt better that he wasn't the only one feeling this dismal feeling, but at the same time, this knot in the pit of his stomach would just not go away.
