"Sehun,"I called,"Are you sure?"

He chuckled and wrapped his arms around me,"I told you, I'm sure. Nothing's gonna happen. I promise"

"Promising doesn't help Sehun,"I removed his arms from my body and fixed his blue polo.

"I'm only meeting your mom"

"Yes, alone,"I stated while throwing him a synchronizing gaze.

"I'll be fine. She gave birth to you and I have to thank her for that"

"Cheesy"

"You love it,"He teased as he poked my waist.

Sehun was meeting my mom today. Stating that was nerve wrecking. I knew they met already but the thought of me not being there was very troubling. Mom could spit out our whole family story to Sehun, plus embarrassing photos of me. A true horror moment in every relationship.

I couldn't come. I was going to accompany my Aunt to by necessary stuff for my Mom's treatment. I just wished she could do it herself but she couldn't walk in a straight line.

"I'm going now,"He said as he bid me good bye. The awaiting van was parked in front of our porch with their manager patiently waiting inside.

"Hmm,"That was the only thing I could respond.

When he closed the door, I laid myself on the couch while sighing deeply.

Please don't scare Sehun, mom.

A few minutes of laying, I heard a honk from outside. Picking up my bag and putting my shoes, I locked the door and went inside my Aunt's car.

"Are you ready?"She asked with a grin.

"No,"I said under my breath.

When Aunt dropped me off Mom's house, I furrowed my eyebrows when I saw the familiar van parked outside.

From the second look, I knew it was the white van. Sehun was still here and I didn't know why. I thought he already left considering I only told him to check on my Mom for a just a few minutes.

Did Mom hold him up?

Oh no.

Increasing my pace, I struggled to take out the keys from my pockets. Once I took hold of it, I jabbed the keys and found my Mom and Sehun sitting while drinking a cup of tea.

"Did...something happen here?"I asked unsurely as I slowly dropped the bags on the floor.

"Saeyeon,"My mom enthusiastically greeted as she wobbled towards me and hugged me.

Sehun's face was unpleased and I ran up to him. He caught me in his embrace, the feeling very warm but different.

"What happened?"I asked mom. She raised an eyebrow, struggling in her crutches as she walked towards us.

She was about to say something when Sehun interrupted her.

"Mrs. Lee, we'll take our leave. Thank you for having me,"Sehun spoke while pushing us out, hastily grabbing his things.
