"Hey Cali!" I heard someone scream into my ear. Wow, that hurt. I turned around around to see my friend Mackie standing there. I've known Mackie since second grade. She is about my height, maybe a little bit taller, long blonde hair and sky blue eyes. "You scared the crap out of me!"  I finished changing and walked out with Mackie to role call.

All we did in P.E. was play dodge ball, run stadiums two times and played soccer, which I'm good at because I used to play until I was about eleven years old, but Mackie is an excellent soccer player, and has been ever since I first met her.

The bell rang for first period. Science.

I walked in and took my seat. I sat by the the weirdest and dumbest people you could imagine. Actually, scratch that. You could NEVER imagine how annoying and stupid these two are. I saw the first one, JaNelley, and no that's not a typo. Her name basically describes her. She sleeps through the whole class and then when the bell rings, she asks me to give her the homework answers the next day. She came in, sat down and said, "Goodnight, wake me up at the end of class." She is SUCH a little..

"Hello Hughes! How is your DAAAAAYEEEEE?!?" Oh god. This kid's name is Alexander. He doesn't go by Alex, he will have a little PMS moment and then he will explode if you call him Alex. DO NOT call him Alex.

"Hey Alexander."

"Aren't you just so excited for science! It's just so fascinating!"

"Sure, yeah."

This kid constantly talks about science and how it's just "so fascinating." It's really annoying. He also has this weird thing with pencils. It HAS to be a certain brand, color and it MUST write well. I don't think this kid is mentally stable sometimes. The bell rang for class to begin and the teacher immediately started to lecture us. Ugh, I eventually just tuned her out.

"Are you ready to take the test today!" Alexander whispered, way too enthusiastically.

"Wait, WE HAVE A TEST TODAY!"

"Of course! Weren't you here last week! You just get stranger and stranger! Haha!"

Gosh, he really knows how to get on every single one of my nerves.

"Hey can I borrow a pencil?"

I turned around to see an unfamiliar, hot face siting behind me.

"Um, sure," I said, awkwardly handing him the pencil.

"Thanks. I'm Darren. You are?"

Oh my god he's so attractive. Almost turquoise blue eyes, dirty blonde hair...

"Um, Cali... like the state."

"That's a cool name'" he said, giving me a small smile, then looked confused. "Like the state?"

"You know like California."

"Oh haha, is that how you introduce yourself to everyone?"

'No, only really attractive people like you.' I wanted to say that so bad.

"Not everyone."

"Oh, well thanks... for the pencil."

"Yeah, you're welcome." I said giving him the sweetest smile I had. Oh. My. God. Even his voice was hot.

"Okay everyone, since the lecture took longer than I expected, we'll take the test tomorrow." The bell rang for second period. English.

"Bye Hughes!"

Oh lord. I just kept walking. I made it through second period english, third period math and fourth period history. Time for my favorite time of the school day, LUNCH!
