Chapter thirty eight

Sorry it took me so long to update! I took a break from social media because I was annoyed with some people and forgot to update before I left. Hope you guys like this chapter!

I got to the coffee shop and saw that it has been an hour and a half so I still had to wait 30 plus minutes for J, I chuckled to myself, he's never on time. After eating/drinking and playing games on my phone for another 15 minutes, I grabbed my bags and walked out of the coffee shop. I hadn't realized it but it was night time and I was standing right infront of a ally

I was waiting there when I was grabbed from behind and my mouth was covered. Two men held me agains a wall when another walked up to me with a knife, "Now if you scream I'll cut your face, got it?" I nodded but I wasn't even scared because I had dealt with worse, although I couldn't get away because I was still weak from the other night.

He had one of his men uncover my mouth, "First off you must not know who I am because I could beat your asses right now, second you must not know who my boyfriend is because it's gonna be fun!" I had an evil grin on my face and the guy put the knife up agains my cheek, "I think we could take him!" I laughed, "You're a complete dumb ass!" He slid the knife across my face and cut it but I didn't even flinch, "I already have a bruise, that's just mean!"

"Oh looks like we have a tuff one here, boys!" They all laughed, "You have no fucking idea." I spit on his face and he slapped me, "Oh, you're so gonna regret that!" He smiled, "No, you're gonna regret spitting on me!" He punched me in the stomach and I got the wind knocked out of me. He started kissing my neck and I collected myself then I got one hand free and slapped him across the face, one of his men grabbed my arm again, "DONT YOU DARE KISS ME AGAIN!"

He laughed, "You must really think you're something, Hun." I looked at him with a straight face, "Oh, I am something!" He slapped my face and cut my arm, "Oh my gosh, that hurt so much." I said in a sarcastic tone, he slashed my face then continued to kiss my neck as he started to lift my shirt.

I got my hand free again and pulled my shirt down, "I'm telling you, you really shouldn't do this!" He laughed, "Oh honey, you're really making my day a little harder." He put one hand over my mouth and one on my butt, he started to squeeze it and that's when I had enough. I bit his hand as hard as I could then spit on the ground, "You taste disgusting!"

I started laughing like a maniac then he slashed my stomach multiple times with the knife, I could feel my wraps getting wet with blood, "Hes quite weak, I can't wait to torture him later!" I laughed, "Oh sorry, the voices are talking!" He cut my face then my legs, "Now I won't look pretty for a week, you're really gonna regret this!" I laughed because I was thinking of what J was gonna do.

"Would you just shut up! You have quite the mouth, boys hold her tight!" He started kissing my neck as he cut my shirt in half. He then put his hands in my pants when I saw J, "You're in for one hell of a ride in a few seconds!" He didn't stop as he put his hands in my underwear, I started squirming, trying to get away. Thats when J walked infront of the alleyway, "So is that how you treat a lady?"

They all looked up in terror as the man took his hand out of my pants and the others let me go, "Hey babe, on time for once I see!" I was trying to act like I was okay, when in reality I wasn't. The men looked at J while shaking, I limped over to J and dug my face into his chest while hugging him. He looked at the men, "I'm not one to mess around, especially when it comes to people mistreating my girl." I looked back at the men and saw the fear on their faces but I didn't feel bad at all. 

J took my face and looked at it. When he saw all the cuts he was furious and said, "You guys are so dead!" I saw flames of hatred in his eyes, "J, let's not kill them just yet. I want to have some fun!" I was collecting myself a little bit. He nodded as he walked up to the one who tried raping me and said, "She'll be taking care of you." Then he knocked him out as I took care of the other two. He threw them in the trunk then I grabbed my groceries, "God damn it, some of the eggs broke!"

I got in the car with the bags and J kissed my chin, "We can get you more eggs, now are you okay?" I didn't look at him and I played with my fingers. He moved my face to look at him with a gentle touch as I tried to fight back tears, but it was no use. He hugged me and I just sat there for a minute, still processing what happened. I wiped my face and looked up at him, "I'm fine, don't worry." He knew I wasn't telling the truth but he didn't make me talk about it.

We drove home and he was quick because we wanted to get our "guests" inside before they woke up. We dragged them in and threw them into a room. J took care of me then I got a phone call, I picked up the call because it was Makayla, "Hello?" I heard screaming, "Y/N HELP!" I quickly grabbed J's arm and ran into the car with him, I pulled up the place where Makyla called me from and raced there. I quickly got out of the car and heard screaming, I grabbed one of J's guns.

I ran to where the screaming came from and saw these people trying to grab Makayla, "Let her go!" They laughed, "Oh, are you standing up for your friend, how heroic!" They were being sarcastic and it was getting on my nerves, I wasn't gonna let Makayla get robbed. I stepped into a beam of light and they quickly let her go, "Now, I could have gotten the Joker to come over here but I didn't." I heard footsteps, "What's going on and why'd you take my gun, doll?"

The two people trying to take Makayla started freaking out, "Look, I just had some trouble with idiots like you in another alley so I'm gonna make this quick." I shot them both in the head then turned around, "ARE YOU OKAY MAKAYLA? WHAT HAPPENED?" She started crying and I hugged her, "Hey J, could you start the car, I'll be there in a minute." He nodded then went to the car.

"So tell me what happened!" She told me that she was going for her nightly walk and then someone grabbed her so she quickly called me before dropping her phone. I said she could stay with the Joker and me in my old room and she said that it would be nice to have company. I walked to the car and opened the door, Makayla got in the passenger seat and I sat on J's lap and drove home.

The car ride was quite and J just hugged me while he looked out the window. Once home I showed Makayla to my old room and got her settled, told her what happened to me, then I went to talk to J. He was fine with it especially because she was one of my only friends so we then went to go talk to the idiots who tried raping me.
