"Death is the wish of some, the grief of many, and the end of all."
Luke
I groaned as I lifted my head off of my shoulder. There was a tingly sensation in my arms and legs. It felt as if pins and needles were constantly puncturing my skin as I kept moving my body. I was tied to a chair, my hands knotted up by rope behind my back. My feet were bounded tightly together as well, and I couldn't feel a single thing.
"What the hell.." I groaned and gritted my teeth together. I looked down at the front of my shirt to see that there was crimson blood on it. I sucked in a breath and coughed, my throat felt dry and raw. My neck felt insanely strained as I turned my head to look around.
The room was poorly lit by a light bulb from above me. Its dull yellowed color loomed over the very center of the room. I could not see any walls. It was still too dark and my head was just about ready to explode. The entire room smelled of dirt and musk.
My heart throbbed painfully in my chest as fear pricked my veins. I don't remember how or why I was here. I shut my eyes tightly and tried to recall. A flashback of a baseball bat and my head brutally hitting the concrete hit me. I growled in irritation and kept shifting around in my seat, hoping that the ropes would loosen up and set me free.
I froze when there was a small click. I heard the sound of someone's hand gripping on the door knob from behind me along side of a wall. I started to panic and continued to struggle against the ropes. But the more I tried to escape, the tighter the ropes became on my flushed skin. I felt my heart drop to my stomach as the door slowly creaked open.
A tall man with broad shoulders stepped into the room, the sound of his boots thudding against the floorboards. He slammed the door shut, walking into the dim light towards me. I let out a gasp when I saw that he wore a creepy fox mask. He stalked towards me with a needle in his hand. "You're fucking sick! Just like any other kidnapper! Fuck you!" I spat at him and he let out a low chuckle.
My arms were also bound to the chair handles, so I was only able to thrash around for a bit until he sunk the needle deep into my skin. I groaned in pain as I felt him push the unknown liquid into the vein along the crevice of my arm. The man did the same exact thing to my legs, and shoulder. I started to lose feeling in all of my limbs, and I teared up unconsciously. "You fucking bastard, get the fuck away from me!"
Suddenly the man had starting aiming the needle for my cheek and I strictly refused by turning my head and cringing back away from him. He let out an angry grunt and roughly grabbed my hair. I yelped when he punctured the needle into my cheekbone. I went limp and tried to flex my hand; I could not feel anything at all. The man made a move to untie me from the ropes and grabbed me by the collar of my shirt.
He threw me hard onto the floor, and kicked the chair off to the side. I landed face first and sucked in a shaky breath when I felt the skin on my face burn in irritation. "Don't think that you can get away from this place while I'm out. I will keep you here until you tell me why you failed to listen to me even after I killed your twin!" He yelled venomously and sent an abrupt kick to my side.
I coughed out blood as he continued to beat me with his feet and bare hands. Once his breathing became ragged, I could tell the guy starting to get burnt out. I felt around my mouth with my tongue, and noticing something sharp poking me, I spit out a tooth out onto the floor. I let out a overly confident sneer. "What makes you think I have to explain myself to a person like you?"
"Do you want me to snatch away your beloved, Kylie Williams, bring her here, and murder her in front of your very eyes?" I clamped my mouth shut by clenching my jaw. I quickly shook my head and the man kicked me again, causing me to roll over onto my back. Black dots clouded my vision and my surroundings soon became a blur. "That will teach you to shut your mouth and obey me like a dog," The man growled before bringing out a roll of black duck tape.
I felt myself lose the power over my body as drool uncontrollably leaked past the corners of my mouth. I could see the insane glint in his dark colored eyes through the slits of his fox mask. He grabbed my head and slammed it onto the ground at least three times before dropped me. Dizziness and a very vague sense of pain pricked at my head and body like flaming hot needles. As soon as he began to bind my wrists and legs together, I gave into the darkness and lost unconsciousness.

Kylie
All of my friends and I got called in by Mr. Fletcher the very next day after we filed a missing person report for Luke. We got ahold of Luke's parents and they became instantly devastated by the sudden disappearance of their beloved son. "Ms. Williams, do you have any evidence that can help us track where your friend could be?" His gaze was just as intense as mine as he crossed his arms on his office desk. I glanced at Ashley and gestured her to bring over the box of letters, while Ace gave Mr. Fletcher Luke's cellphone.
"These were the only things that I've found that could be linked between him and my stalker within his home." I sighed and rubbed a hand over my face. Lynn rested her hands on my shoulders from behind and lightly massaged them, trying to bring me some kind of relief. She gave Mr. Fletcher a sheepish smiled and continued to get me to loosen up.
"Do you know if Mr. Crawford uses his own credit or debit cards?"
I shook my head and nibbled on my lip, thinking deeply. "No, not that I know of."
"Do you think that your stalker could have set a foot inside of his house, and kidnapped him from there?" I gave the police officer in front of me a baffled look and scowled.
"No, what the hell do you think I'm here for? I came here to ask you and hope that you would be able to help us find our friend, and now you're putting the blame on me? How am I supposed to know what's on my stalker's mind? He's a fucking nutcase!" I arose from my seat and slammed my fists onto his desk.
Mr. Fletcher flinched back in his seat and he cleared his throat uncomfortably. He grabbed his clipboard and a pen and wrote some notes down. "You need to understand that we don't want these kind of cases to get out of hand, and we want all the information that we can get our hands on. So please, Ms. Williams, settle down. This will only take longer if you fire at me with your unnecessary outbursts."
I groaned and put my face in my hands. Lynn awkwardly stepped away from me and went back to sitting by Ace along the bench far against the wall. My best friend, Ashley, remained quiet and only talked when Mr. Fletcher had wanted to ask her questions about her latest contact with Luke and the time of his disappearance. This was probably going to be one of the most nerve-racking moments of my life. And I honestly hoped that my family wouldn't have to get personally involved with my stalker either.
