Take It Out On Me

PART TWO: CHAPTER FOUR

"Baby, its time to get up. Its almost noon" I heard Tyler say, I opened my eyes to see him standing in the doorway

"Already?" I sat up, and started to get out of bed.

"Yep. I also want to talk to you about something" he said as I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around him

"Sure what's going on?" I was kind of worried, I didn't take him as the type to try and take someone's child from them.

"Well, I was thinking, it's time for you to meet my family. If that's ok with you. I feel my mom needs to know she's a grandma" he looked down at me as we made our way into the living room where TJ was playing.

"Ty I would love to" I smiled up at him as I jumped into his arms.

"Great. Get your stuff together and let's go" he smiled

"Where going right now?" I looked at him confused

"Yeah if that's fine with you" he said putting me down

"Yeah, just wasn't expecting it" I stepped onto my tiptoes to give him a kiss

"Sorry baby" he said as he moved down to complete the kiss

Once we had everything packed and ready to go, we got into the truck and drove off.

We stopped in Dallas to get his stuff and to tell everyone where we were going.

After driving all day and night we finally reached our destination. I guess he had called his mom at one of the rest stops and she knew we were coming because every light in the house was on. We pulled into the driveway and got out, Tyler got TJ and, we headed inside. He didn't knock he just opened the door.

"Mama, were here" he said as I closed the door behind us

"Oh my. You brought a baby" She said, she looked so confused

"Yes Mama I did. His name is Tyler" He said pointing at TJ

"So, you had a baby and didn't tell me?" I could see the hurt in her eyes

"If you don't mind me interrupting , but he didn't know either. It was my fault" I said hoping she wouldn't tell Tyler she didn't like me. I wanted his whole family to like me, just like my family likes him.

"Oh, I'm sure you had your reasons. I'm Amy, by the way" she smiled at me as she stuck her hand out.

"Thank you for being as understanding as he was, and I'm Sophie" I shook her hand.

"It's no problem, if he's happy then I'm happy" She smiled, leading us to the couch.

We sat the car seat down in front of the furniture. She picked up TJ, She was in heaven,

"BUBBA" I heard someone yell from behind the couch,

"Hey, baby sis" he stood up and pulled her into a hug.

"Hey, Sophie this is my little sister Amelia" He said as I started to get up. He used to always talk about her, he still does.

"Hey, its finally nice to meet you" I said as I stuck my hand out

"Same, he won't stop talking about you" She said shaking my hand, knowing she was embarrassing him.

"You need to get to bed, you have school tomorrow young lady" Their mom came over

"yes ma'am" she said as she went back upstairs. Their mom did the same, it was just Tyler, TJ, and I.

"Come on lets get ready for bed" He said as he picked his car seat up off the floor and headed upstairs with me right behind him.

"This is my old room, sorry if the bed is small" He laughed as we entered the room.

"it's fine, that means I get to be closer to you all night. I need to get his pack and play out of the truck" I said as I started to walk out

"I got it, you get him ready for bed" he said kissing my forehead and walking into the hallway down the stairs.

Once I had him changed and ready for bed, I changed into an oversized shirt and shorts.

"how do you open this thing?" I heard Tyler behind me. I turned around to see him struggling with it.

"You have to pull up the levers on the sides" I yawned right after, followed by a laugh.

He got it open and placed TJ inside. We crawled into bed, I was out before I knew it.
