I woke up to the unnecessary amount of sunlight coming through my sheers. Groaning at them every morning didn't make them change or make a difference in anyway.

I went to roll onto my stomach, but then I noticed something holding down my arm. I tugged slightly and I couldn't get it free. I sighed as I returned to my position, finally opening my eyes. All the past feelings of sleep taken from me as I was fully awake, much to my dismay. I saw a bunch of disheveled chocolate coloured hair and I saw the slight curls it had probably started to take overnight. I smiled as I remembered what happened last night.

It wasn't much that happened last night, I only kissed Y/N on the forehead and cheek but I felt like much more had happened. I remember watching a movie with her and phil, Phil falling asleep on the sofa, which he will greatly regret in a bit.

I don't even know why I kissed her cheek, yes I find her cute and beautiful, but I don't know why I did. It's like I wasn't there mentally and just there physically. One of my worst fears have started to creep up on me. I knew I was developing a major liking to Y/N.

I looked towards her as a soft smile appeared on her face. I smiled as I knew she was just looking at me, trying to pretend she was asleep. I shook my head slightly as I ran my hand through my hair. Y/N shifted slightly and I slid my arm out from under her, feeling the blood rushing back into my arm at its usual pace.

"I know you're awake." I laughed slightly, looking at Y/N. Her smile pulling at her cheeks, and her body to rigid for her to be sleeping deeply. I pushed her slightly and her eyes fluttered open, the icy blue taking me by surprise. The contrast of the dark duvet to the ice colour her eyes inhabited knocked the breath out of me. I was indeed breathless. I cousins tear my gaze away as she stared at me. Her lips slightly chapped and parted. Looking up towards me. A slight bruise covered her left cheek as she opened and closed her eyes about double the amount of times I have.

She flashed a smile as she breathed in the aroma of the pillow case. She sat up slightly and my gaze didn't tear from hers. Her eyes continuously looking into mine. I kicked my lips slightly as she did the same. The distance between us seemed to close in as I realised that I was leaning in. Same as Y/N. Our gaze never ripped apart as we stared into each others eyes. I couldn't look away, I watched as her pupils displayed and then returned to normal. Them fluctuating furiously. Mine most likely doing the same.

I realised I was slightly looking up into her eyes as I felt an almost icy breath on mine. My arm slightly warm as I realised I had grabbed on to her waist, inching her closer to me. I saw her eyes flutter shut as I returned the gesture. As I could feel her nose briefly touching my cheek, I wanted to kiss her more than I ever thought I would want to kiss someone in my whole lifetime. My other hand was occupied on the back of her neck as I pulled her towards me slowly, our lips briefly touching before my bedroom door swung wide open.

"DA-OH GOD!" Y/N and I jumped apart. Both looking furiously to Phil, who was standing in the door frame, with the blanket I gave Y/N last night.  "WHAT DID- WHA-NEVER MIND ILL JUST-ILL JUST- OK." Phil left in a rush, Y/N's and my cheeks both furiously redder than any novelty Christmas decoration.

I sighed as I ran a hand through my hair for what seemed like the five hundredth time since meeting Y/N. I looked to her and I caught my gaze with her, not being able to break it yet again.
