The wind blinded me as I dug into the soft, boggy ground. The rain stung my cheeks as I tried to pull my hood over my face to no avail. This was hopeless. Who knew how deep underground the coffin would be? I kept digging, until, eventually, I hit something.

With new hope, I began to dig vigorously; with more purpose. the wood was beginning to rot but it was buried only recently meaning it was still in good condition. I tried to heave out the huge thing but the challenge proved unsuccessful. I had to jump down.

Reluctantly, I lowered myself into the hole. I lifted the lid slowly but, as a result of the wind, it flew off like a concord.

The stench was revolting. The metallic smell of blood mixed with rotting flesh is not something you want to smell. I looked beneath me.

The corpse was extremely fresh; almost alive. I shivered. If it wasn't for the maggots crawling in the hole of her face, she could be mistaken as sleeping.

I tried to heave her up and out of the hole but it took a long time before she reached the ground. I was finally up; we were finally up.

After refilling the hole, I shoved the girl into a sack and hauled her into the boot of my car. Carefully, so that I didn't leave any evidence of tyre marks behind, we exited the graveyard.
