I creep into the basement, ensuring the girl doesn't wake. The bottom step creeks and I force my top set of teeth into my bottom set trying to make the sound quieter in my head. Luckily, she stays asleep. I tiptoe to where she lays.
The scythe slices a hole in her cheek and blood slowly trickles out of it onto the stone floor beneath her. Her eyes instantly open. She screams but only I can hear it. Her scream slowly starts to become a desperate cry.
I slap her. Her cheek is cold and my hand hurts from slapping it. "You bitch! You tried to kill me. I'm going to do something so horrible to..." My voice trails off as I imagine the possibilities. My mouth waters.
"Please." I freak out. I forgot that she was still there for a moment. She continues to plead, "I'm so sorry. I really never meant it. I..." I slap her harder this time. Before punching her jaw. She begins to cry.
I use my thumb and index finger to pry open her eyes. Bright blue. I already knew that obviously but now that I see them my heart skips a beat. "They're gorgeous."
I turn to my table and fumble around
for a small spoon type thing. Voice quivering, she asks what I'm doing. After I don't reply I hear a huge sigh of relief and feel her muscles relax even from a meter away.Swiftly, I shove the spoon shaped object into her eye and gauge it out.
I cackle like a maniac before placing them in a jar. I cackle some more before dancing up the stairs."You, my dear, are truly beautiful!" I say, leaving her in tears while I sing some more and dance to my sickening song. "Truly beautiful!"
