Is this how you're gonna end the year?

Liv's P.O.V.

"Please Liv! Please" Maya begged
"NO!"
"Pleasssseeeee, I promise I wont annoy you!"
"Yeah of course, not" I roll my eyes at her promise that she'll never gonna keep.
"Why are you so mean?" she asks me, "Mom!?" she complains.
"No, don't try to 'Mom' her! It is not gonna happen!"
"But come on!"
"Don't you get the meaning of NO ? And either way, there will be nobody your age."
"What's about Jessy?"
"She's not coming, because she listened to her OLDER  brother for once, who told her that she can't come. You should probably take that as an example!"
"I hate you!"
"No you don't, honey!" I tell her with an wide smile. "And now leave"
She rolls her eyes and left our living room.

"Liv, come on! Let her celebrate with you!" my mom says trying to convince me.
"Seriously you're taking her side?" I start to complain.
"Yeah, seriously you're taking her side?" my dad, who suddenly appears next to me, starts mocking me. Both of my parents are laughing and das walks over to mom.
"Why are you laughing... This is not cool. She is not gonna celebrate with us! Just because she's younger doesn't mean that she has more rights." I tell them confidently.
They both look at each other.
"It's fine, you don't have to celebrate with her" my dad tells me and I am relieved. "I actually know how you feel, I grew up with three younger sisters as well so I feel your pain!"
"Hey older siblings aren't that easy to handle, okay" my mom adds.
Dad and I look at each other and say "Yeah of course" in sync.
"Okay, okay! Riles we have to get ready if we wanna make it to Michelle and Eldons in time."
And with that they left.

(time skip)
Tory's P.O.V.

It's nearly 7pm and I am at Liv's house and we're getting ready! Yay!
I am wearing a black short dress, which is kinda sparkle-ish, a white blazer and some black heels.

"Someone's trying to impress someone?" Liv asks me with a smirk on her face.
"Oh shut up!" I reply laughing. "And I mean look at you, you look like you want to impress someone too, hun!" She's wearing a short white and red dress, which is totally her style.

"Hey at least I admit it!" she says laughing.
"How long do you guys have been together now?" I ask her, while we are doing our make up.
"Around 8 month"
"That's long, and your dad's still not used to him?"
"Well no, it isn't as bad as it was at the start, but it is still very awkward between them"
"I guess I am lucky with my dad, right?"
"Yeah, so true, like seriously lucky!"
We were casually talking about random stuff until our friends arrived. (A-Troupe and some others from school.)

The last one to arrive was Nico, obviously the person I wanted to see so bad this evening. I heard Liv yelling "Toooryyyy, you're boyfriend  is here" I immediatly run to the door and there he is!
"You look gorgeous" he smiles at me. "You don't look so bad yourself" I reply and he comes closer to kiss me. It was a soft but passionated kiss.
"Okay Love Birds, stop it! First of all get inside it is freakin cold outside and second of all stop kissing this is disgusting." We pull away.
"I remind you of that when I see you making out with Max" Nico answers, taking my hand and leaves to join the rest. I look at Liv and she's mouthing 'that was so rude' but she laughs, so I know she doesn't takes it serious.
Me and Nico join the others and start talking.

Jake's P.O.V.

The party is in its full way, when I spott Nico and Tory dancing together. She has her arms around his neck, and he has his hands on her waist. And they're laughing. That could be me! I know I know. Nico is my best friend and what I did was unacceptable, but I just can't help it, okay!
Suddenly Liv is walking pass me and stops following my eyes to the persons I've been watching the last 5 minutes.
She glares at me and pulls me outside. It is freezing and it is snowing, bad memories.
"Did you tell her?" Liv asks me
"No..." I whisper, hoping she wouldn't hear.
"May I ask why? It is nearly 10pm"
"I still have two hours left!"
"Yeah, and you wanna spend this time to stalk Nico and Tory or what?"
"I wanted to, but you interuppted me!"
"You're such a creep."
"Thanks..."
"You know why I want you to tell her how you feel?" she asks me calmly.
I nodd.
"Well I want it for you, you're my cousin even tho you're a jerk. You know how people say that you shouldn't start a new year with a lie or a secret? I really think that it would be good for you, to tell Tory that you like her, because even tho you will never get her, it will help you get over it and..." she couldn't finish because she was interrupt by a punch in my face.
"What did I just hear? You like my girlfriend? How could you possibly do that to me?"
And another punch hits my face.
"I am sorry, Nico!"
"Oh you're sorry?" I see him raising his hand again but someone pulls him away from me, it's Liv.
"Calm done, Nico!" she screams.
I stand up looking over to them.
"You know whats worse? That you knew it!"
I know what's gonna happen, he will hit her and that's something he will regret so much.
Luckily Tom and Max appear outside. Tom grabs Nicos shoulder, while Max takes his girlfriend into his arms.
"You should probably leave" an innocent voice, which belongs to Tory tells me. And I do what she says.

Nico's P.O.V.

"Bro, did you calm done by now?" Tom asks me and the anger in me decreases slightly.
"I am sorry Liv, I didn't know what I was thinking" I apologized to Liv who is in Max's arms.
"It's fine, tho. I mean nothing happened to me, what Jake cannot maintain from himself." she replies.
That's the moment I started to think of Tory the first time after hearing it. I look over to my girlfriend who stands there in shock and with tears in her eyes. I run over to her and try to comfort her, but she takes a step back and suddenly rans inside. Liv doesn't even think about something else, but running after her.
Great way to end the year, or what?
