New Year, New Beginning?

Tory's P.O.V.

I just had to leave, I couldn't stand it anymore. Jake is likes me. Nico's best friend. And he just hits him, a side I never saw in him before.
I ran upstairs into Liv's room, knowing that she wouldn't care in a situation like that.
I am sitting in frnt of the bed, on the ground, my face lays on my knees and tears are rolling down my cheeck. I am so in shock that I didn't recognize the person who suddely appears next to me. I look up and see Liv. Gosh I am so mad at her, but at the same time is she the only person that I seriously need right now.
"Hey" she whispers
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because .... I wanted to give Jake the opportunity to tell you, I would have told you but I promised not to. And you know that I mean everything I say."
I just nodd. "But why he? I thought he hates me! I mean two years ago he hadn't something else in mind, but bullying me." I say, trying to understand it.
She shrugs her shoulders "I really don't know... But what I know is that I never thought that Nico was capable of something like that..."
"Me neither... I am really shocked"
We sat in silence before someone knocks on the door. The door creaks open and Nico is standing there. I immediately look down.
"Can I talk to her?" I hear him whisper.

Nico's P.O.V.

"Can I talk to her?" I ask. Liv nodds and stands up walking towards the door, but before she leaves she whispers so only I can here. "Fix it!"
That was my plan. I walk over to my girlfriend and sit next to her.
"Listen, I am so sorry. I didn't know what I was thinking! I was just so angry at him and couldn't help myself. I love you and that's why I couldn't deal with the fact that you might choose him over me. I am scared that I lose you." I place one of my hands on her knee. She looks up and straight into my eyes.
"You never said that."
"Said what?"
"That you love me..."
"But I do..."
I see a small smile growing on her face. I immediately smile back.
"But what is about you and Jake? You are best friends!" she asks me truly worried.
"We talked... and ... erm... I guess I can forgive him. He promised me that he will not steal you and he also kinda understands why I did what I did." I tell her unsure about how she will react.
Tory just nodds.
"I love you too."
I couldn't help but kiss her after that. This kiss last probably only a few seconds, but it felt like forever.
"We should probably go downstairs and celebrate the last one and a half hours, before the new year!?" I suggest. And that's what we did.

Emilia P.O.V.

I know that some drame happened the last few minutes or hours or whatever. I don't know what happened, I probably was to busy with drinking. Yeah we have alcohol, and yes our parents know that. All I can say is that I probably drunk to much... way to much.
I look around and saw that everyone is kinda bored, so I suggested that we could play seven minutes in heaven. That was not the best idea of mine. Not everybody joined us, actually everyone who wasn't single didn't joined the game. Well, that is the good part of being single. Yay.
"Okay Emilia, you start" I hear someone saying and so I spin the bottle and it lands on.... Julien. Fuck! I hear a few "uuuuhss" and the others are smirking at us. Suddenly Tom brings both of us in the basement. "You have seven minutes. Have fun!" And then he leaves.
I look at Julien, who looks uncomfortable, but actually I don't care. I just want to kiss him and I don't even know why. Maybe I can't think anymore, because well the alcohol hits me hard.
Before I could realise that this is probably a mistake, my lips are on his. But he doesn't pull away. He kisses me back. Why is he doing that, I mean I can't complain about it. But why?
Our kissing gets rougher and suddenly we are making out. His hands under my blouse and my hands behind his neck. Then he begans to kiss my neck and a moan leaves my mouth, but he doesn't mind and continues his action. I am actually enjoying this.
Knock... knock.... knock....
This sound makes us stop doing what we were doing. "Your time is up!" someone screams.
"Yeah we're coming" Julien yells back and looks at me. Then we leave in an awkward silence.
Well... that was unexpectable....

Max's P.O.V.

After an hour or so, the others stop playing the stupid game. Don't get me wrong, I used to love that game it is actually really fun. But I am not sad that I only can make out with one girl, because she is better than any other girl.
It is now 11.55pm and soon everyone is outside, waiting for the fireworks. I am standing beside my girl and she looks beautiful. I hate to admit it but I think I am whipped.
"Hey what are you staring at?" she asks me
"Just you." I reply grinning at her.
"Stop it" she says laughing while hitting my shoulder. I laugh with her and give her a hug.
Suddenly someone starts counting down.
"10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1"
Then the fireworks appear in the sky and everybody is wishing everyone a Happy New Year. So do I.

I look through the people, searching for Liv (because she disappeared in this whole whishing ceremony) when I see her hugging Tory. I walk over to her and hug her from behind.
"Happy new year, babe!" I whisper in her ear. "Happy New Year!" She replies and turns around to face me, soon her lips connect with mine. I seriously feel sorry for all the single ones out there, because nothing can top this. As we pull apart we both whisper "I love you!"
I guess this year starts really really good.
