I wanna go home for christmas part 1

Jessy's P.O.V.

I am standing in front of the big mirror in my room. Just looking if everything is fine. My outfit is nice, I like it, thanks to Liv for helping me out.

Today we're driving to grandma, it's christmas eve and that means christmas dinner! You know I love christmas, it's just nice to spend the days with your family, but you should now that my family is way to big. Let's start with the family of my mom, obviously the bigger on. My mom has 2 siblings, both of them are married, which means that I have 2 aunts and 2 uncles. Then I have 5 cousins (4 girls, 1 boy).  Luckily my dad only has 1 brother, who isn't married yet, he's a lonely wolf. So that means at this dinner are around 18 people. Fun! No seriuosly I am totally a family person!

"Jessy, are you coming?" my mom screams.
"Yeah, Give me one more minute", I take a last look in my mirror before going downstairs.

Riley's P.O.V.

"Mom....Mom?.... MOM!?" my daughter, Gracie, screams out of her room.
"Not now!" I reply.
You know Christmas is very stressfull and having 4 daughters doesn't make this easier. Today we're driving to my parents house for christmas dinner. And tomorrow James's family is coming to ours.
After a stressfull hour of packing, getting ready and trying to calm my second old daughter down because she just got her period, we're all sitting in the car on our way to my parents. Maddy is asleep and her head is resting at Liv's shoulder, who is listening to music. Gracie and Maya are arguing about who her grandma does like more.
After an hour it's quiet... That is really unusual. Trust me if you have 4 children than it isn't normal when it's quiet.
I smile at my four daughters and smile to myself. "Aren't they beautiful" James asks me, I nod in response. He took my hand and says "I love you, you know that?" I smile, remembering Nationals... "I love you too" he smiles at me, gosh this smile is still so beautiful...

Matty's (Riley's and Emily's little brother) P.O.V.

Of course we are the last ones to arrive. As I walked inside I see everyone staring at me and my family.
"What did Shakespeare said about time?" ... not this again.
"Better three hours to soon than one minute to late"
"Yeah I know mom" I say in an annoyed tone... "Now sit down" she tells me.

After dinner we all went into the living room. Right now we are watching "Home Alone", it's a tradition!
After the movie finsihed we just talked. It is nice to spend time with the family. And of course my sisters are teasing me... yeah being the youngest is fun.

When it turned like 10pm we all decided to drive home. A few of my nices and my son Jackson were already asleep.
We said goodbye and we all left.

~The Next Morning~
Liv's P.O.V.

"Livyyy... are you awake" my youngest sister whispers while standing in my door. I take my phone to look at the time. "Maddy it is 6 am" I say annoyed.... "Yeah but Santa was here" she tells me excited. I grin to myself. "So what do you think about waking Maya and Gracie up and then we can look what you got from Santa" I ask her, of course knowing the answer. "Yeah!" she jumps up and down and runs over to me, taking my hand and  pulls me first to Maya's and then to Gracie's room, both weren't really happy that we woke them up, but they have to deal with that.
"Now can we go downstairs?" Maddy asks nervously. I pick her up and we all go downstairs.

time skip
It's 5.30pm and the other half of my family should arrive soon. I am wearing my favourite dress...

When I hear the doorbell ring I go downstairs to welcome my aunt Piper. "Oh my gosh, you look so beautiful" she tells me with a wide grin. "Thank you" I reply smiling at her. After a few minutes everyone arrived and is sitting in the dining room. I go in the kitchen.
"Hey mom can I help you?"
"Oh Liv, umm... yeah of course, can you please take this pot and put on the table?"
"Yeah I'll do that"
"Thanks girl..." she smiles at me.

While we're eating we are all talking and it's fun, don't get me wrong I love the faily of my mom but my dad's family is just more relaxed, if you know what I mean. Anyways I love christmas, i just love the time I have with my family. I am just so glad that I have these people. You know we really are family persons.
