I breeze through the rest of the day, meeting Skylar between classes and sit with her at lunch. Nothing much really happened honestly. I was so tired after the day, you wouldn't believe it! On my way out of the school Skylar speeds up to me.

"Hey, I know we just met, but like we ride the same bus..So wanna hang at my house?" Skylar asks, with a half smile across her face.

"Um, Sure let me ask my mom.." I say, getting my phone out of my pocket. "Oh crap, my phone's dead.."

"Oh well, maybe another time?" She says, dissapointed.

"No, it's fine I mean you dont live far, I'm sure my mom wont mind." I say, trying to cheer her up.

"Ya sure? I don't wanna get you in trouble or anything.." Skylar says.

"Positive. C'mon." I say, walking towards the bus.

We walk on to the bus stairs and get to our seat.

"Okay, so like my room's a bit messy. Just...fair warning." Skylar warns jokingly.

"I don't mind, mine isn't the cleanist either." I reply, as the bus starts.

I look out the window and watch the trees flash by the windows as we speed down the streets. I really like Skylar...not like that, I like her as a friend. She's so nice yet so cool and collected. How could I not like her?...As a friend! I look up at the clouds, trying to remain calm.

"Hey we're here." Skylar says, moving my arm nicely. We get up and head for the exit.

"Hey. You live here?" The driver asks me.

"Oh I'm just visiting." I say.

"It's cool, Mrs. Joyle, my mom invited her." Skylar alibies.

"Oh okay..." The driver says, letting us go.

"This is awesome!" Skylar says, joyfully.

"Yeah can I charge my phone though? I'm a tad worried." I say, nervously.

"Oh don't be anxious, stop and smell the flowers...." She smirks. "Oh fine, c'mon let's go home and charge up."

We walk back and talk about drama in the school and how it will be the next few years until we get to Skylar's home.

"Here just set your backpack by the door here, Try to find the charger, it's somewhere in the kitchen. I'll meet ya up in my room to the right." Skylar says, running up.

"Mmkay!" I say, setting my bag down and looking around for the charger.

After finally finding it by the sink, I run up.

"Took ya long enough." Skylar chuckles.

"Shut up!" I giggle.

"So now what.." Skylar says, walking towards me.

"Oh I dunno, what do ya wanna do." I ask.

"Hmm.. well, I've been working on these drawings, if ya wanna help finish them." She say, getting a few art projects she's started.

"Wow, these are... breath taking." I say fiddling through them, and looking up at her. She's honestly quite beautiful...the way her hair falls and her eyes...crystal green...not that'd I'd like, date her or whatever but if I were a dude...possibly!

"...Earth to Kayla!" Skylar asks.

"Oh what? Sorry. Let's start." I say, looking at the pens she brought out.
