Michael

The sweetest thing I've ever known

Was like the kiss on the collarbone

Soft caress of happiness

The way you walk, your style of dress

I wish I didn't get so weak

Ooo, baby, just to hear you speak

Makes me argue just to see

How much you're in love with me

See, like a queen, a queen upon her

throne

It was the sweet, sweet, sweetest thing I know

It was the sweet, sweet, sweetest thing I know

I wake up hearing Lauryn Hill's angelic voice playing through Noelle's bluetooth speaker in our bedroon. I sighed as I reached over for my phone to see it read 9:38 in the morning. I slowly sat up from the couch and ran my hand down my face. It's been two days since Noelle's birthday party and she's been giving me the silent treatment. Do I regret getting into it with Don's bitch ass? Hell NO, but I ain't mean for it to happen at her party. I'm still tryna figure out how he even got pass security in the first damn place.

I got up off the couch and made my way to the bedroom. As I enter the bedroom I heard the shower running and saw Noelle had laid out her outfit for today. I went over to my dresser and laid out my attire on the bed. I put my phone onto the charger and made my way into the bathroom. Noelle was still in the shower, so she didn't hear me come into the bathroom since the music was still playing. I quietly undressed and open the glass door to the shower. I grabbed one of the loafs from off the hook on the shower wall and pour the African black soap onto it. Without her realizing I gently wiped the loaf down her right breast causing her to gasp. She turned around and slapped me across my chest while covering her chest.

"What do you thinking your doing?" She asked me.

"I'm helping you wash off." I simply repiled.

"I didn't ask for your help and I don't it." She said turning back around towards the shower head.

I sighed and turned her back around. "I already apologized to you like a million times."

"Sorry doesn't fix the embarrassment I felt Michael." She reiterated. "You didn't have to break his nose."

"His ass shouldn't have been there in the first place." I reached over past her and turned the hot water down a bit, it was getting too steamy in here. "Look, I know I shouldn't have did what I did but you gotta understand from where I'm coming from. I don't trust him around you. I know his type and I know for a fact he's up to no good, so for him to give you that expensive ass gift shit don't make sense to me. I'm just trying to protect you baby."
