Noelle

I awoke from my slumber by my alarm on my phone to remind me it is time to take my prenatal vitamins. I slowly got from under the covers and grabbed the vitamin bottle. Taking two gummy vitamins, that were shaped as a pacifier, and popped them in my mouth. I have a hard time taking large solid pills, so I was able to get my obstetrician to prescribe me the gummy version.

I was put on bedrest since the whole ordeal in the hospital. Just for two weeks, the doctor said. Only to be sure that no stress from the incident causes me to have a miscarriage. I just can't believe I was so naive...again. I trust some people to quick and end up in the same predicament.

No more of that I thought as I got out off bed and headed towards the bathroom. I splash some cold water on face and patted my face dry. I looked at myself in the mirror just examining my face. My face has healed from the few scratches I had, but I do look a lot more chubbier in my cheekbone and neck area. Most likely cause of the pregnancy. I remember the first time I was pregnant with Trinity I blew up.

I grazed my hand under my short black spaghetti-strapped dress to feel the small firm bump that poked out. A small smile came onto my face as I massaged my small pudge. I wasn't that large yet, but it was evident that I was with child. It just all to surreal still and since Michael found out he's been randomly touching my stomach and is being very restrictive.

Yesterday, I was washing some of the laundry, which Michael got made at me cause he didn't want me on my feet at all while I'm on bedrest. I understand he wants me to take care of me and the baby, but I really get bored just laying in bed all day. He even makes Big T babysit me when Michael has to go to movie conventions or interviews.

But believe me, I had to force him to even get out of the house. From dawn until dusk Michael treated me like I was the baby. Still, this is new to him being that this will be first child and all so I can understand his concern. His mother even reassured him that she'll drop by time from time to check up on me. Both my grandmother and stepdad calls every 2 hours, and Monica damn near spends her whole time FaceTiming me while she manages my store. I think I might just have to move my business out here anyway come to think of it.

I heard a slight knock on the bathroom door. "You decent?" Big T calls out from behind the door. I pulled the dress back down to my thighs.

"Yeah." I replied as he ajar the door slightly.

"Mr. Jordan said he'll be home a little late tonight. The director is making them redo a new scene the writers came up with." He explained.

I nodded as he closed the door. I took a deep breathe and left the bathroom. I walked over to the connected walk-in closet and grabbed a pair of all black lace-up sandals off the second shelf. My feet has been swelling up lately, which  doesn't allow me to fit a few of my sneakers sadly. Still, I was glad the weather in LA didn't feel like how fall is in NY, since I did get my toes done.
