Chapter 2

I was happily studying and multi tasking on my laptop when the fighting started. I sighed. It always tends to happen when Im the only child at home. My older sister spent the last few nights at her friend's place,the 2 out of 3 triplets went out with friends so im basically home alone. I really couldnt stand being at home when they were fighting. I took some snacks and stuffed it into a bag along with my ipod and wallet. I climbed out of my window and then walked as far away from my house as possible. I ended up at the cliffs,so I took out a cigarette and smoked it.

"smoking is bad for your health." someone said trying to take it away from me.

"im not prying into your life so you should do the same with mine." I said taking another in.

"well sorry for trying to keep you alive here." I just chuckled still not facing him. "you okay?"

"perfect." i gave a smile to him.

"how's stuff at home?"

"like i said earlier,stop prying into my life. im not prying into yours."

"im just making sure you're okay."

"I am okay. you happy now?" I said drawing a deep one this time.

"woah trying to kill yourself there?"

"why would you care exactly?" I stood up,picked up my bag and walked away from my usual spot,still smoking the ciggarette. "i just want to be left alone for once."

"but I dont trust you when you're alone."

"so go fuck yourself. i have like 3 siblings to look after me. thanks for your concern though." I said walking to the bus stop. He came and sat next to me. I forgot,we're gonna be taking the same bus. 

"why are you so mean to me?" 

"im mean to everybody." the bus came,we got on,more silences. I took a huge gulp of water to get ride of the smell of ciggarettes from my mouth. 

"see you." he said as i got off. I just gave him a wave and walked towards my house. I sighed because  I know i would be the one who cleans up the mess they make all the time. I unlocked the front door and walked in. Completely clean. No pieces of glass anywhere. This was weird. I took a bottle of iced tea and walked upstairs. I got shocked at the sight of someone's silhouette. My twin brother's. 

"where did you go?" he asked concerned. This is new. 

"you're home early." I said walking past him. He sighed and blocked my way. I looked at him telling him to move out of my way. He gave me back the i asked you a damn question so answer it look or more commonly known as,the eyebrow raising. "i went to meet a friend okay? now can i go into my room?" i smiled as politely as possible. And he got out of my way. I was about to close the door when he asked me something. 

"are you okay?" 

"perfect." i said just before i took a sip of my drink and shutting the door. Thanks for the concern,big brother.
