Chapter 10

I woke up to a really quiet room usually it'd be noisy because Sarah would be blasting music but it was quiet today so I went to Sean's room.

"why is it so quiet?" I yawned.

"well it has been ever since the past few months?"

"aw its been really quiet since i left? Aw my older brother missed me!" I said going to hug him.

"im not a hugger lyla n- fuck."

"where's Sarah anyway?"

"out with her boyfriend i thnk."

"isnt it too early for that I mean like,dont people go on dates in the evening or afternoon?"

"check the time before getting out of bed."

"do i look like i give a fuck?- exaclty." i said walking out of his room and down to the kitchen to get some food.

"had a nice sleep darling?" my dad asked.

"i honestly don't know if you're being sarcastic or just concerned at the fact i was kind of dead for 3 days." i said getting my breakfast and then going back up.

"watchu doin'" i said joining Sean.

"are you gonna play overly attached sister now?"

"im lonely sean. and you're my older brother."

"and your point?"

"I need a friend?" he rolled his eyes at me. "fucking bitch." i said in his face. He shrugged. "are you watching porn?" He gave me the 'what the fuck' look. I shrugged. "just making sure." he just ignored me. "i was just kidding." i nudged him. Every attempt to make him pay attention to me failed. "pay attention to me im bored!" i whined. "lets take selfies." i took out my phone and took selfies with him mostly flipping me off. "you're the best brother ever YOU MAKE ME WANT TO SHIT ON YOUR FACE." i smiled as i left his room.

"SO DOES YOUR MUM." he replied. I peeked my head through his door.

"out of every come back line,you pick "so does your mum?" really? WE HAVE THE SAME MOTHER."

"ONE DAY JUST ONE DAY WHERE BOTH OF YOU WILL STOP FIGHTING?" my dad snapped.

"sorry." we said in unison. "where's mum?" i asked as i joined him on the sofa.

"doing her lady things." I smirked. I then got the house phone and called her.

"what?"

"everytime i call thats what you say! no hey or anything." i sighed.

"im already in the driveway i got your stuff dont worry." she said annoyed.

"love you mummy."

"get sean to help me get the groceries."

"okay" then she hung up. "MUM WANTS YOU TO HELP HER WITH THE GROCERIES." i shouted up.

"go upstairs and tell him christs sake lyla" my dad said. I groaned and just shouted again.

"SEAN MALTO MUM WANTS YOU TO HELP HER WITH THE GROCERIES." My dad threw a pillow at me. "im lazy! sorry!" i said walking up and past sean.

"assbutt." he nudged me a little. I mocked him. I got into my room,shut the door and started blasting my music through the stereo. I was on my laptop,screaming along to the lyrics when my phone started ringing. I groaned and went to answer it.

"yeah?"

"no hello or anything?"

"oh hey." He chuckled on the other end. I missed hearing his voice.

"hey." then it was quiet.

"and you called because?"

"i wanted to hear your voice. what else?"

"oh okay."

"okay."

"okay."

"okay."

"okay?"

"yeah okay."

"can we stop?"

"yeah ok- sorry."

"idiot."

"bigger idiot."

"yeah okay."

"I thought you wanted to stop?"

"oh okay."

"well then,if you will,I have stuff to do so uh I'll text you or something?"

"yeah sure."

"see you."

"hopefully."

"bye."

"bye." i then hung up. I then put my phone back into the docking system and continued blaring the music.
