You walk alone.
Inside a lonely kingdom.
Full of the things that never mattered, things that didn't count.

Yet always feeling as though everything is falling on top of you.
Expectations, begin  crushing your mind,
And the guilt, and pressure start to feel as though they are on your shoulders.
Worry not,

Take a deep breath,
Close your eyes,
Calm your ever fretting mind.
When you open your eyes,

Look into the gleaming world.
Seek the things worth fighting for.
Breathe the new, unpolluted air.
How wonderful the sky,

How beautiful the river of Nye.
Understand now, please.
Breaking the surface of the once drowning world.
Taking a new breath of light and faithfulness.

You were never alone to begin with,
The lonley feeling vanished.
Picked up by the most beautiful hands worth crying for.
Being cradled in warmth that melts the ice around your heart.

Lifted above the rapids that once posed threat,
Although, they will no more.
Hovering among the newly free.
With the beauty of the ones forever in glee.
