"This isn't possible." Jasper spoke for the millionth time since they entered the Cullen house, which was only about five minutes ago. While Jasper was freaking out after Cassadee announced that she thought she was pregnant, she had to put on a happy face long enough to wish Bella farewell on her honeymoon.

"Obviously it is." Cassadee said as she laid on the couch. "And let's be honest here, anything is possible with me."

"Well, if you haven't noticed, I'm dead." Jasper retorted as he paced in front of his wife. "And you are as well. There's no way!"

"Stop pacing, you're giving me a headache." Cassadee put her leg out to stop Jasper from walking any further.

"How can you be so sure that you're pregnant?" Jasper questioned, sitting down on the coffee table in front of Cassadee as she sat up.

"I just know, it's kind of part of my ability if you haven't noticed." Cassadee sassed before taking her husband's hands in hers. "It's really not hard to guess when you really think about it."

"How?" Jasper looked at the brunette in confusion.

"Did you really not notice that I put on weight?"

Jasper shrugged as he really looked at her. "I didn't think much of it, it's not like it matters to me."

"You're literally every girl's perfect guy." Cassadee smiled and squeezed Jasper's hands. "But think about it; I've been putting on weight, enough to where I couldn't wear the original dress that Alice got for me, and I've actually been tired lately. I haven't physically been tired since I turned."

"Carlisle, we need your help." Jasper said, although he only wanted his adoptive father to come, he knew that the rest of the family would hear.

"Can it wait?" Alice replied for the doctor. "It's going to take us a little longer to clean up since you two decided not to help."

"I'm sorry we have more important things to worry about." Cassadee almost snapped, resulting in Jasper kissing her hands to calm her down.

"What's got your panties in a bunch?" Alice asked in annoyance.

"That's what we're trying to find out."

"Sounds mysterious." Emmett chuckled, "Mind if I join?"

"Is that supposed to be an innuendo?" Cassadee questioned, getting an eye roll from the blond vampire.

"Probably." Rosalie answered for her husband. "Just ignore him."

Carlisle was standing beside the Hale couple before anyone else had a chance to say something. "What's wrong?" He asked, concern in his voice as he looked between the couple.

Jasper stood up without letting go of his wife's hands, resulting in her practically being dragged to stand up as well. "Cassie needs an ultrasound."

"I can speak for myself, Jazz." Cassadee rolled her eyes and looked at the doctor. "I need an ultrasound."

Carlisle's brows furrowed in confusion as he looked down at her abdomen. "It's not possible."

Cassadee rolled her eyes and pulled Jasper with her before backtracking and grabbing Carlisle's wrist to pull him along toward the stairs, making their way to his office. "We can talk about how impossible it is when we see how far along I am."

The three stayed fairly silent as they made it to Carlisle's office and he prepped the hospital bed and monitor. Cassadee laid on the bed and pulled her shirt over her protruding belly.
