Of course, I was super late half of the first period was gone . I'm going to miss the other half of second period because there are flyers with a picture of me holding a panda mask. I look like a bobblehead and he is well off with a skeleton mask shirtless and now both our names are all over the flyer.I look at my shirt in the picture good . I don't wear that in school .

That was written at the bottom of the flyer all eyes followed me. I wasnt popular but I was known to be loud and proud .

"That's her" Scowls follow me either trying to hide their laughs or just relishing in my embarrassment

A girl gave me a thumbs-up

"I ship you guys" she mentioned

What ship? I thought passing by some freshman girls awwing at the flyer

"Dude even he gets laid "

I roll my eyes I make my way to 2nd period where I see Shaun he walks up to me with a flyer in hand

"Wow Jude ....um...this is better than my announcement "

"This wasn't me"

Mario words ran through my head yesterday.

To give you the heads up the whole school might know tomorrow about skater boy and yourself"

"Who?" he whispers harshly looking around

"Who do you think?"

Mario?"

Shaun smiles mischievously and claps sending a thundering earth-shaken holler that makes my head throb in pain from the liquor effect. 

He looks around and gets everyone's attention putting his arm around my shoulder

"Hey Jude do you see?" he whispered proudly

Raven is waving me the fucking flyer getting a glimpse of her as she leaps in the air the crowd throwing me a thumbs up . Who has money for this? The copes of food one can buy and this is what they waste money on

"Yes I am in football and yes people envy me so much they wasted money announcing what the school knows about my relationship with the beautiful Arlene Jude you all know her the daredevil in school a freak sure " I punch his gut" Only for me that is so whoever made this flyers Thank you if you dare bully my girlfriend which by the way her name is Arlene Jude beautiful talented smart funny sexy and by far the best in every way please everyone help themselves to a flyer to remind you I am taken and she's mine "

"The Casanova is taken" he yells am completely flustered hiding my face under my hood. I feel his warm embrace as his thumb traces up and down my neck

"Jude I care not just as friends as a potential boyfriend if you let me be. I think that's all wanted out of everything we've gone through fuck Jude you made me face my fear to be myself and allowed me to be myself in front of everyone including my parents do you realize you made me happy again. All you had too do was be there and smile laugh look me in the eyes and give me something new to fear losing you.  I know that was fucking cheesy but it's the truth. I went nuts in practice and the idiot in the dance floor. The gas station drove me to jealousy thank you for waking my ass up and giving me something to believe in"

I was completely red refusing to look at him I let a small giggle out and he made him face me with his dreamy smile

"It has always been you, Jude"

I smile and have the perfect response to that serious statement

"Oh"

He chuckles as his smile broadens placing his forehead on mine

" I love that answer you criminal "

"The flyers backfired huh" Mario's voice broke the enchanting moment Shaun pulled me in closer. I grip tightly on his shirt making him stand even stronger his firm stare directly at Mario's smile.

I learned Shaun might not fall at ease with my touch as if I remind him to stand stronger is the key.

"Mario" I spoke up

"I tried Arlene I did"

I stepped away from Shaun who instead intertwined our hands not to be possessive but to tell me his trust in Mario was limited

"Mario  I didn't mean to hurt you"

"I did this to myself, Arlene"

"I tried to Mario. I gave you several chances I forgive your stupidity your ignorance your taunts.I forgave it all but I wasn't enough for you your apology is late all we can be is friends "
"I'm sorry I can't do that"

"I understand"

"I'll see you around then "

I let go of Shaun's hand and gave Mario a a quick hug

"When you are ready am here"

I loud squeal rang through the halls

"Kevin I found them!" Raven yelled

"I hope you're ready for the crazy hooligans " Mario teased slowly walking away knowing what's coming

Raven jumped me into a tight squeeze .

"Release me woman am still dealing with a migraine "

"You deserve it for making me worry!!"

Shaun pulled me into a hug and kissed my cheek

"I'm coming!! I'm coming!! "

"Kevin keep that between you and Raven"

I gave them a deadpan look

"Give it a couple of months you will be screaming the same thing hun" Shaun whispered in my ear I elbow his gut letting out a grunt. 

"Ok so um now that you have bf im probably not going to hear from you so I should tell you Kevin might get us suspended soon again"

"Which prank is it the bucket over the principal's door or fire alarm?"

Kevin smiled mischievously before rushing to the nearest fire alarm

"His been working on this for a month now" Raven smiled proudly

"Should I be worried?" Shaun asked looking around

"5....4...3....2..1 Congratulations Guys!!!" Kevin yelled pulling down the fire alarm lettings it rain different colors that splattered the whole school

I turn to look at Shaun  staring at me. I  smiled back as he brushed a strand off my face and cupped my cheeks.

"I knew I picked right" he whispered his warm breath teasingly lower lip until they locked with mine. My multitude colored world into 3D colors fireworks. Overwhelming relief and fuzzy butterflies are the elation it gives me to enjoy his lips on mine my knees buckle. His hand on my lower back pulling me in closer. I brake the kiss breathlessly still wanting more.I smile at him gripping tightly on his arm still affected by that  kiss .

I hope you guys enjoyed it the ending is a let down probbaly but ill be back to edit it as of right now I love the whole innocence of my characters

There in high school im not sorry they weren't doing more there too busy beign rebellious adolescents
As teenagers I made sure to potray them as such the best way I can
