2015.11.03 - 4 Wednesday
The Day (2 hours before the letter)
Everyone was tired from practicing their dance routine since their promotion of their upcoming comeback is in a week or so, but the most tired member was none other than Hakyeon who was sitting down at one of the corner in the practice room while the rest of the members were in the middle laying down catching their breath.
“Hakyeon-ah, let me talk to you alone in another room.” The choreographer instructor called out.
Hakyeon looked up and sighed deeply, knowing what he was going to say. During their practice, Hakyeon was not “passionate” (according to the coach) when he was dancing. How can he when his tired from everything.
Hakyeon stood up and walked out with the instructor to another room just down the hall of the practice room. He should be scared and nervous but right now he just wasn’t in the right mood of taking everything lightly like he would usually do when he was criticized or called out.
“What’s going on? You usually dance in passion Hakyeon. Do you need another 2 hours of practice to perfect it or what?!”
Hakyeon who had his head down in the very beginning, raised it up and glared at his instructor.
“I’m sorry, but I’m tired. I would do it with passion but it’s been hard. You can keep yelling at me but that wouldn’t do anything when my brain is telling me to rest!”
“Are you yelling at me?!”
“Yes! Yes I’m yelling at you! I’m freaking yelling!” Hakyeon shouted in frustration.
The instructor slapped him on his cheeks and glared with frustration towards Hakyeon. Hakyeon wasn’t surprised that he would slapped him because he knew he had it coming and apparently is glad for it because the pain he received was what he needed.
“Dare shout at me again, Cha Hakyeon. You will go back in that practice room and practice for 2 hours while the rest of your members go back to the dorm!”
Hakyeon scoffed and once again glared, “Like hell I would.”
The instructor was ready to slap him once again but couldn’t since Hakyeon immediately walked out of the room and slammed the door loudly. Hakyeon walked back to the practice room to hurriedly pack his belongs. Once he entered, his members looked at Hakyeon with worry.
“Hyung, did he do anything to you?” Jaehwan asked.
Hakyeon ignored Jaehwan’s question and started packing. Right now his mind was filled with rage. Angry with how everything turned out.
“Hyung?” Hyuk called out quietly.
Once again he ignored them. As he was about to walk out, Taekwoon stopped him before he could. But with anger, Hakyeon shrugged off his touch and glared at him.
“Leave me alone, Jung Taekwoon.”
“Hyung!” Wonshik called out, shocked by Hakyeon’s tone of voice.
“Everyone leave me alone!”
Taekwoon grabbed his arm once again and this time tightly so Hakyeon would not be able to shrug or pull away from his so easily, “Cha Hakyeon, what is wrong with you?”
“That is none of your business, Taekwoon. Now let go of me.”
“What if I don’t want to let go?”
“ I said let go!”
Sanghyuk couldn’t take the situation anymore and hurriedly rush towards Hakyeon and in surprised slapped him. The members surprised by the maknae’s action, stood up in worry of what Hakyeon might do to Hyuk.
“Why are you being like this, hyung?!” Hyuk shouted with tears streaming down his face, “You’ve been ignoring us for 4 weeks! Why?!”
Hakyeon who was surprised by Hyuk’s action, looked sternly at the maknae, “Like I said, it’s none of your business.”
“It is our business! What are we to you hyung?! Are we just a member to you? You said that we won't keep secrets but what are you doing?! Hyung, who are you?! We started this as a team but you've been ignoring us?! We want our Hakyeon hyung back not the one who is in front of us!!!”
Hakyeon hurt by his dongsae's words, which was true, he had said all of those but now he had broken them.
“I'm sorry okay! I'm sorry!! I don't deserve this whole thing!”
“Then tell us Hakyeon-ah! We really don't deserve being ignored by you!” Taekwoon yelled in frustration from being ignored from his best friend for weeks.
Hakyeon shrugged off Taekwoon’s hold and stared at all of them.
“You want me to tell you?! I'm ignoring you to protect you! I'm protecting all of you from the threats and hurtful words that are coming to all of you! But with my schedule, I couldn't even protect Hyuk and Hongbin from them! I almost lost the 2 of you and who's fault is that? None other than me! They want me gone but I stayed!”
The members shocked from Hakyeon’s confession had nothing to say. They didn't know that he's been holding all this from them to protect them.
“W-we didn't know.” Jaehwan whispered sadly.
“Now you know. And Hyuk,” Sanghyuk looked up at his hyung sadly and with guilt, “thanks.”
Hakyeon walked out of the practice room, leaving the members shock and speechless, especially Sanghyuk.
“They want me gone but I stayed”
Those words that Hakyeon had said made the members confused of what he meant by “they want me gone” and who was this “they”?
Hakyeon walked out of the building and directly sat down at the front of the van with headphones on, blaring loud music. Right now all he wanted was rest and to go back to the dorm and lock himself in the room.
“You've done it now, Cha Hakyeon. You not only hurt yourself but also the members whom you care and love for. How useless am I?” Hakyeon scoffed at his thoughts. Yes, he thought he was useless especially the situation he was in, “I don't deserve this anymore. Not anymore, not when I couldn't protect my two dongsae's from them.”

I've said this at my previews chapter that I tend to neglect updating on here, but update this story on Asianfanfics and I apologize. But I will try hard enough to update it on here.
Also, if the format seems weird to those who are reading it on a PC, I truly apologize because I'm updating this through my phone and so I'm not sure how it'll turn out. But I am happy to see that you guys are enjoying this story so far. Thank you so very much. I'll see you all in the next chapter~
