Chapter 7

Your PoV

I had been in the glade About about a month now. (Ikr!) I was working with Newt when a familiar alarm started blaring. I recognised it from when I came up in the box, the gladers called it the Greenie alarm. I followed everyone else out to the box, dumping my hoe down on the grass. (Look at the photo XD)

I made my way to the box, Newt next to me. We parted through the crowd just as Alby and Minho lifted the lid. Newt jumped down. "

"It's... Another girl?" He seemed puzzled. A thousand thoughts rushed through my head right now. 'What if Newt prefers her? What if we become great friends? What if I was replaced? What if there was a message saying that we need to start 'reproducing'? What if-'

I was interrupted from my thoughts by New, who was telling me to come down. Cautiously, I jumped down to have a look. The girl had a knife in her hand and was backed up into a corner. She had long H/c and Deep blue eyes. She looked at me and immediately dropped the knife. "Y/n..." She muttered before running up to me and engulfing me in a hug.

Newt looked at me and I just shrugged in response. Once the girl had released me, I started speaking, "how do you know my name?" I asked. She looked at me, obviously hurt. "Y-y-n... It's, me. Bailey. Your twin sister. Don't you remember me?" Tears started forming in her crystal eyes. I took a step back.

"I'm sorry, but I've never heard of a bai-" I started before I blacked out.

-Dream/Memory-

I was playing with a girl that looked a lot like me, with the same flowing H/c hair but she had deep blue eyes. We were running down the street, and we looked to be about six. Standing behind us was a woman who was shouting us. We stopped and started running back after the girl next to me replied: "yes Mommy! Me and Y/n are just coming!" We got to the door and out mother told us to come in and "Take of those dirty shoes Bailey!".

I woke up and looked around me. I had been laid in a soft bed. A hand was clasped on mine. I followed the arm up to the owner with my eyes, and sure enough, Newt say in the chair next to me. I giggled softly at him.

A voice came from behind me. "Y/n! Your awake!" It was familiar... Oh! Bailey! I shot out of bed and ran to her. She hugged me. "Bailey! I remember you!" I gasped. She stared at me in surprise."R-really? That's great!"

"Urgh...what's all of this noise about? Y/n? Your up! How are you feeling?" Newt asked. I turned around to face him and tackled him to the floor. "Good enough to do that!" I laughed and hugged him before helping him up.

"T-thanks for staying with me..." I said shyly once he was up. He smiled at me. "I wouldn't have it any other way. Bailey also stayed with you. She explained that she had memories of you but nothing else." I nodded at him. "Yeah, I had a flashback. I remember her now!"

~Le Time skip~

That night we had another fire to celebrate Baileys arrival. Bailey drank loads of Gally's Special mixture, she loved it!

Frypan was playing guitar. (he'd asked for it by sending a note down the box) I got up to dance and found Newt was already up. "Hey," I greeted him. "Hi Y/n. I... Um... I've been meaning to tell you something... I-" he started before being cut of by a drunk Minho. "Heiooo Geys! Whappp ywp?" Newt rolled his eyes before grabbing Alby, who took Minho away.

I was about to speak again when Fry started to play a 'slow song'. Newt smiled and spoke to me. "Would you do me the honour to give me this dance?" He asked. I blushed slightly before nodding. He placed his hand on my hips, I blushed harder and I put my hands on the back of his neck. We slowly danced to the tune.

As the song was almost over, Newt leaned in slowly. I followed his lead. Then his soft lips were on mine and they stayed there for a good six seconds. Then we parted for air. I stared into his beautiful brown eyes and he stared back into mine. "That was what I wanted to say." He finally said. "I've always wanted that..." I muttered and he looked surprised. "Really? Y/n... I love you. And I don't know what I'd bloody do without you." He brought me closer again.

"I love you too, Newt. More than words can say..." Was my reply. Then I noticed a movement to my left. It was Thomas? He looked very drunk.

"EEEEEEEEKKKKK!" He was squealing. Everyone was staring at him. "MY. SHIP!" He managed to blurt out before running around all over the place. Newt blushed slightly but rolled his eyes, whereas I probably looked like a tomato. Then Alby strolled over. "As much as I ship you two, you really need to get a room." He stated. I giggled and Newt put his arm around me. We continued on with the night and partied till dawn. Which was a bad idea.
