A/N: Also, I forgot to mention, at this part, Jon and Thomas have actually been dating for over a year. I assume you've read act One already, so you might be a little confused by my timeline.
Basically, Ultimate Storytime (the part that is going on right now) finished, but they got hooked up for another part of their tour a few months afterward. Obviously, it took awhile to set up completely, but skipping all this other stuff, the show Jon (would have) been attending was actually set fourteen months from the day Jomas started dating.
And now you know!

I was exhausted. Jon hadn't woken up in three days, which means it's been five since this whole fiasco began. I hadn't been sleeping well, maybe one or two hours a day.
We had to postpone the show in Vegas, and therefore most of the ones afterward. I hated disappointing the fans, but Leo (who was currently one of my few ties to the rest of the world) told me everyone was taking it really well and they all understood.

The rest of the cast had also been checking in on us every so often, bringing us food and fresh clothes. The hospital staff had been very nice and accommodative, and I had actually gotten to know the lady from the first front desk some more, as she would occasionally come in to check on Jon and us.

I was so glad Leo had volunteered to stay with me. When I told him he didn't need to, that I didn't want to bring down his vacation, he just looked at Jon and smiled sadly.

"I'm worried about him too. I didn't know him as well as you, but I knew him," was what he told me. I understood perfectly.

Jon's family had called us daily, sometimes more than once. They had tried to get over here, but something got in the way and they were all delayed. I agreed to keep them updated.

Staring down at Jon's face, growing thinner and paler with each passing moment, I sighed gently, rubbing his hand as I leaned forward, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead.

"A lot of people care about you Jon. A lot of people are worried. Please, wake up. You need to. For them. For me. For yourself, most of all." I choked back a sob, water filling my eyes once again. "Please. I love you."

I jumped as I felt him shift under me, eyes growing wide.
His eyes opened, barely, and they took a moment to focus on me.
I held my breath, heart racing.

"It's not your fault, Thomas..." He rasped, his voice thick and scratchy from disuse. Then, his eyes closed, his grip on my hand loosened once again, and he fell back asleep.

Leo called for the doctor, and I was gently pulled away, but I didn't mind much.

After all, he had woken up.
