It's Gone-Spock

Sorry I haven't updated for a week! I was in New Orleans and didn't get back until and hour and a half ago (Last Friday. Today is 5/5/16). This chapter does not follow and of the rules of the preferences and I just wanted to do something special. This was based off of a Spock one on Whovian3135's Insert Book. 

You had always favored Spock ever since you were assigned to the Enterprise. There were two problems; he was with Nyota even though he doesn't have emotions, or chooses not to show them; and he wouldn't love you any way because he is Vulcan. Or part Vulcan. He chooses the culture he was born into.
If only he was human. Even if it was for a day. What would it be like to date the handsome Science Officer?
People say careful what you wish for and those people are right. You didn't see the possibility of your wish to actually come true. None of your wishes to ever come true because there is no magical being to grant them.
"(Y/N)?" Your big brother, Kirk asked you one day. "Where is Spock?"
You shrugged, "How would I know? He isn't my boyfriend. Go ask your girlfriend" you glance over to communications where Nyota Uhura sat getting ready to go to warp.
"She isn't my girlfriend"
You and your older brother always did that because your siblings and that's just what they do.
Nyota was not at all surprised Spock wasn't there and she didn't even notice at all. He was always the quiet one on the bridge unlike the captain, tactical, helmsman and others.
"Check his quarters if you will. We aren't leaving without him" he says after a while of thinking.
"But-" he cuts you off.
"Dont argue with me (Y/N)"
Since when did he get so mean? Older always does that to the younger one.
Sighing, you walk through the halls of the Enterprise to the quarters of high ranked officers. Spock's door was the easiest to find because it was the one without any details upon it. You knocked on the door which slid open. That was unusual. Spock never let anyone in unless he knew who it was.
"Spock?"
"Go away (Y/N)" he is as calm as usual. But his words he wouldn't say on a daily basis. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt with the hood over his head. Why?
"The captain wants you. We are getting ready to warp" you explain.
"Tell Jim that I temporarily resign my post until this effect wears off"
That confuses you a lot.
"Wha-" you stop mid sentence because he turns around and pulls down the hood. You gasp. He doesn't have his normal Vulcan ears. His skin looks a little darker and warm. He's human! You got your wish but you regret making it. It isnt making you happy.
"My feelings" tears roll down his face, "are hard to control. Help me please. I cant live like this."
You walk right over to him and do not hesitate to hug the Vulcan...human. Spock tenses up, which is new to you, when you hug him. Spock is not used to all of the human gestures and ways of showing affection. Oh how much you would like to be in a relationship with him but he is with Nyota Uhura at the moment.
"Try to let your emotions just flow. Let them do what they are supposed to do. Embrace it." you explain to him, taking his hand in the process.
He starts to breath slowly and shaking too. If this is what helps Spock become human, let him be.
"What is Nyota going to think?"
He still has some Vulcan behavior when Spock tilts his head to the side in confusion. Is he not with Nyota? Isnt that what your big brother mentions every single time he gets alone time with you? Why is this news to the science officer.
"Me and Nyota broke up a month ago. Sorry if I didnt tell you" he says to you.
What? That means-
"I've liked you for a long time, Spock. I never had the chance to tell you..." You smiled up at him and responded kindly.
"Thank you (Y/N). I feel very much the same."
You giggle a little bit because he still talks like a Vulcan. You kiss his cheek and then walk right out the door, leaving a blushing Spock standing in the center of his quarters.
