As my investigation came to an end I looked at all of the clues that I had found. I thought about the lack of strays, the chickens, and the howl. I examined the fur and grabbed a computer to begin my research.

As I researched everything I came to one conclusion. Every time I dug deeper one name kept coming up. Werewolf! If you added in the full moon howl and growl, it was the only thing that made sense. Made sense!? Was I mad?!?! A werewolf? I sat staring at all of the evidence I had collected.

Thinking it over and over again in my head, I started to think about Scott and his family. After everything I had seen and heard it started to make a strange kind of sense. Mr. Mills telling his wife that they would "deal with it," Scott's changes in mood, his fighting. Was it possible? Could Scott be a werewolf? What about his mom? She looked pretty uneasy when I started asking questions. I wondered, if Scott was a werewolf was he born that way? Did he get bitten? If he was born with it does that mean his parents were werewolves? Or, if he was bitten who bit him? What I needed was proof! 100 percent proof!!
