"Have you ever thought that.." Niall trialled off, scratching at his stubbly chin "...well, you know"
"Have I ever thought what?" Louis asked
"That maybe Harry has a crush on you" Niall suggested
"What?" Louis asked incredulously
"I mean it makes sense" Niall explained "The over protectiveness, the obsession, the stalking, the death threats" he listed
Louis scoffed at this "Yeah, but I think you forgot the name calling and the rough behaviour" he added, rolling his eyes "Let me just shout in his face and tell him what to do, how romantic" he mocked
"Don't joke" Niall told him "I'm serious"
"You're crazy that's what you are" Louis said with a giggle

"So I was thinking?" Jack started
"Yeah?" Louis asked, showing the boy that he was paying attention
"Do you maybe want to do something tonight?" he questioned "Just us?"
"Like a date?" Louis said with a smile
"Just like a date" Jack replied, grinning
"Yeah of course" Louis answered with a nod
"Around seven?" he offered "We can do something you like"
"God how thoughtful" Harry's voice chimed in
"Go away Harry" Louis told him angrily "Now"
"Well nice to see you too, baby" Harry said, smiling at him "Jack-ass, good to see you" he added, patting Jack on the shoulder
"Why must you always ruin everything?" Louis asked "Go away"
"I'm saving you" Harry whispered into Louis' ear "I'm being your knight in shining armour"
"Wha-"
"Jack-ass, a word please" Harry said firmly, pulling Jack to one side
Louis stood for a second in confusion, watching as the two boys spoke for a minute and trying to hear what they were saying, but with the noise in the busy corridors it was almost impossible
After a minute, Jack came back giving Louis a wide smile
"So? How does seven sound?" he asked
"What did Harry say?" Louis asked suspiciously
"Nothing" Jack replied with a shrug
"Jack..." Louis said softly, eyebrows furrowed
"I break your heart and he breaks my legs, no big deal" he stated, still smiling
"Oh" Louis said quietly
"So?" Jack replied, ton questioned "Seven?"
"Yeah sure, seven's great" Louis agreed
"We can just do something simple, yeah?" Jack asked "Meet me on Main Street at that little bench"
"Yeah okay, that sounds great"
"Right, see you later Louis" Jack said, giving a small wave before walking away
Louis had never in his life been so happy about Harry finally learning to stay out of his business
