Chapter 28

- KIONNA POV -

I was sitting on the kitchen counter studying this pre law stuff until somebody knocked on the door. I got up and went to answer the door. I looked out the peephole and seen Que and some of his friends. I know this nigga did not bring some of his friends by and its almost midnight. I started to walkway until he said " Kionna I know you up cause I hear August Alsina the remix of I Luv This Shit playing. "

" Damn. " I mumbled to myself.

I opened the door and seen he had bluff city, Issa, Durante, August Alsina, and Tevin with him. '' I know you ain't bring all the here with you at this time of night. " I said looking at him like he was retarded.

" I see somebody is a fan of my music. " August said making me blush.

" Boy bye. " I laughed then turned my attention to Que.

" I came to see how my babies was doing cause I missed y'all out in Chicago. " he said putting his hand on my stomach.

" We're fine. You can leave now. " I said agitated.

" Why you trying to get rid of me? " he asked.

" Because I was studying for a test. " I answered.

"Oh I'm sorry baby I didn't know. " he said.

" You know what you guys can stay in here but just please keep it quiet for me. I'm going to go to my room. '' I said grabbing my stuff off the kitchen counter.

" Okay we will. " Que said.

" Hey Kionna you looking good. I ain't seen you in a minute. " Durante said smiling.

'' Hey Rante and ThankYou. '' I said blowing him a kiss.

I grabbed all my papers and my laptop of the counter and proceeded to my bedroom. I closed the door behind me and got to work.

While studying I would hear Que and them laugh every now and then but other than that they was quiet. Well them laughing and Que singing that was it. I was so focused in my work I didn't see that my door opened. '' Is it cool if I use your bathroom? " Que asked me.

" Yeah sure go ahead. '' I said.

He walked into the bathroom and did his business then came back out.

" What you working on? " he asked me.

" Nothing just writing this paper and studying that's all. " I answered not looking at him.

'' Baby you look stressed and tired. I mean you got bags all up under your eyes and you just don't look like yourself. " he said.

'' I'm fine. I am don't worry okay. " I smiled at him.

" Naw give me this stuff. " he said grabbing my papers and moving them aside.

" Que I got to study. " I whined.

" Baby you need rest. " he said.

'' No I need to study and write that paper. " I argued.

He then got behind me but I moved and said " What you think you doing. "

" I'm just gone give you a massage that's all. " he said.

" No cause its gone end up in us having sex. " I said.

" No it's not I promise. No sexual activity what so ever. I just want to loosen you up a bit cause you seem so tense. " Que said.

'' I'm not playing Que no sexual activity. " I said turning around.

" I promise I'm not gone try anything." he said.

He started rubbing my back and shoulders then he started to actually massage me and I can't lie it felt good. " See told you no sexual activity. " he said once he finished.

" You ain't got to thank me. " he said.

I smiled and nodded my head and said " Could you hand me my papers and laptop back please? "

" Yeah sure. " he said handing me my things.

" Is there anything I can get you? We about to go get something to eat if you hungry I can get you something. " he asked.

" Where y'all going? " I asked.

" Probably Papa Johns. You know something that's gone feed everybody." He said.

" Oh well then can I get that chocolate chip cookie they got? '' I asked.

" Yeah that's all you want? " He asked.

" Yeah that's it. ThankYou. " I said.

" Okay well we'll be right back. " He said.

I nodded my head and he kissed me and then left. See that right there was the Que that missed and fell in love with or better yet should I say that was the Jacquees I fell in love with but we gone see how long this lasts.

- JACQUEES POV -

I had made it back from all over Atlanta cause them niggas was bullshitting wanting food from every and anywhere. I went into Kionna's room and I found her asleep with her lap top in her legs. I chuckled to myself and began moving the stuff she had on the bed with her and put it on the night stand. Then I laid her down and that girl was knocked put cold cause usually she would've woke up.

I sat the little cookie thing she wanted on her nightstand and then went to the kitchen to eat. After I finished eating I thought about leaving but I did miss Kionna when I was out in Chicago so I decided to stay but then I debated on wether I should've gotten in the bed with her or just sleep on the couch.

I decided to get in the bed with Kionna so I walked down the hallway and when I got to her room I seen her up eating and studying. " I thought you was sleep. " I said.

" I was but I woke up. " she said not looking at me.

" Kionna it's almost 5 in the morning you need to go to sleep. " I said.

" Just 5 more minutes of studying please. " she begged.

" Kionna go to sleep please. It's not good for the baby you need rest. Do you have school tomorrow? " I asked her.

" No. " she replied.

" Alright then you can study and finish doing whatever you got to do tomorrow. Please just get some rest. " I said.

" Okay I'll go to sleep. " she said putting her stuff away.

" ThankYou. '' I said.

I got in bed with her and wrapped my arms around her and placed my left hand on her stomach and she responded by putting her hand on my hand. " I Love You. '' I mumbled in her ear.

She didn't say anything but I felt something wet hit my arm then I realized she was crying.

" Why you crying baby? '' I asked her.

" Cause I want to believe you but I don't. " she said.

" What you mean? '' I questioned confused.

" Que I want to believe that you love me I do but I just don't. " she said turning around.

" And why is that? " I asked.

" It's like if we not fighting we having sex and if we not having sex we fighting baby that's not a relationship and lately I feel like you would rather be a free man and go out with your friends and I don't want to be the person who's holding you back. " she cried.

" How long have you felt like this? " I asked her.

" For a while now. " she said.

" And why you just now saying something? " I asked moving the hair out of her face.

" I don't know. " she cried harder.

" Look baby I know that you probably starting to grow impatient with me and I don't blame you. I Love You I do wether you believe it or not. Baby I will drop everything for you. If you want me to pay attention to you more and not my music then I'll do it all you got to do is say it and I promise I'll do it but if you don't say nothing then how am I supposed to know. " I said.

" I just want things to go back to the way it once was. Me and you happy as ever and we didn't argue all the time. " she said.

I held her closely and then said " I'm sorry I didn't know you felt like that. "

She cried into my chest until she finally went to sleep. I feel so damn bad cause I didn't even know that's how she felt. Now I know I got to step my game up for real.

- KIRA POV -

Me and Khalil was out buying things for the baby like a crib and stuff like that. I was looking at this pretty white crib when Khalil wrapped his arms around me and then I felt somebody staring at us. " You feel that? " I asked.

" Oh my bad I tried to maintain myself. " he said talking about his solider down there.

" No not that I mean I feel that to but I feel like somebody is starting at us. " I said.

" Ain't nobody staring baby. " he said kissing my cheek.

" No somebody is starting Khalil I'm serious I can feel a pair of eyes on us. " I said getting uncomfortable.

I looked and seen Desiree but her head was turned in a different direction and I knew she was the one staring at us.

" Khalil look to your left. " I muttered.

He looked to the left and then back at me. " When the hell did Desiree get back? " he asked.

" 6 months ago. So she said." I told him.

" Oh well don't worry about it. " he said.

" Khalil you should say something to her. I mean y'all did used to date. " I said.

" Man I broke up with her before she left. That bitch crazy. " He said making me laugh.

Just then Desiree walked up to us and I seen hurt and hatred in her eyes.

" Hey Khalil, Kira. '' Desiree said.

" What's up witcha shawty. " Khalil said.

" So how you been? " she asked.

" We been good. " I answered.

" I was talking to Khalil but that's nice to know. " she said to me.

See I've never been the person to fight but like I said if Desiree got a problem with me she need to let me know now so we can solve it and to be honest I don't know why she tripping like that cause I had only known her what like 3 days before she had moved and yeah I knew her and Khalil dated but hell it wasn't like me and Desiree became friends so she can cut that bull shit out.

I was about to say something when Khalil spoke before I could. " I been fine thanks for asking. "he said.

" Khalil I have a question for you. " Desiree said.

" Which is? " Khalil asked.

" How could you? " she asked.

" The fuck you mean how could I? " Khalil asked unwrapping his arms around me.

" Khalil I loved you and you broke up with me. " she said starting to cry.

" Desiree once upon a time I loved you too but you was always on case over the littlest things like me talking to another girl I mean you would act like that's who I was gone fuck and that shit got aggravating. " Khalil said.

I walked off cause I no longer gave a fuck about they conversation as long as she ain't touch him and he ain't touch her I was gucci.

About 20 minutes later Khalil came up to me and looked at me like he wanted to say something. " What? Why you staring at me? " I asked.

" Cause you look good in them jeans and shirt. " He said bitting his bottom lip.

" I don't know what you bitting your lip for cause you ain't getting none. " I told him looking at a crib.

" How much you want to bet? " he said kissing my cheek.

" Khalil gone some where. " I giggled pushing him away.

" Girl I will turn you inside out in this store right here right now keep playing with me. " he said pulling me with him.

" Whatever. " I said playfully rolling my eyes.

After 2 hours of shopping me and Khalil was ready to go home cause it was getting dark anyway.

No sooner we got in the door Khalil pushed me up against the front door making me drop the things i had in my hand and then locked the door.

" What you doing? " I asked laughing cause he was rubbing his hands on my side and it tickled a little.

" You. " he whispered sexily in my hear.

He then kissed me and I put my leg on his waist and he started taking off my shirt. " Ahh. " I moaned out when he grabbed my ass. " Khalil baby. " I said as his hand roamed my body.
