Chapter 14

- JACQUEES POV -

" Morning Que damn acting like you cant speak to nobody. " Ashley nagged in my ear.

" Look here you asked me to come with you to this doctors appointment you didn't say I had to speak to your ass cause to be real I got other shit to do today. " I snapped.

Ashley wanted me to come to this doctors appointment with her and she knew that today was me and Kionna's 8th month anniversary. I told her that I was gone be there for her pregnancy just incase this baby is mine and on everything she better hope its mine cause if I have to do all the fatherly shit to a child that ain't mine it's gone be hell. Now that I think about it I realized I haven't even told my mom about this. Damn. I been slipping lately.

" Que you coming or not. '' Ashley said snapping her fingers in my face.

" Get your fingers out my face. " I said getting up.

I guess the doctor had called her name and I wasn't paying attention.

Once we got back there she had Ashley lie down on a table and put some bluish greenish gel on her stomach.

" Well as you can see that's the baby's head and you can hear its heartbeat. " the doctor said.

I was in my phone so I wasn't really paying attention to what the doctor was saying. " Que were you even listening. " Ashley said once we got outside.

" Somewhat. " I said telling the truth.

" If you don't want to be here you don't have to be Que I'm not forcing you to take care of this child. You can go and be happy with Kionna and I'll leave you alone. " she said.

" It ain't even like that I just been so busy- "

" So busy that you ain't got enough time to see about your seed. " she said cutting me off.

" Look I ain't got time for us to be arguing like we together or some shit. Let me know when your next appointment is and I'll try my best to be there aight. " I said.

" Whatever. " she mumbled going to her car.

I sighed and went to my car. I was on my way home and to get shit ready so that later on tonight me and Kionna could celebrate our anniversary. I went home and seen that it was already 3 o'clock so I started getting ready. I went and took a shower and brushed my teeth. After that I put on some camouflage pants and a black v neck shirt with my black hoodie. I then went to my room and called Kionna.

" Hello. " she said and it sounded like she was sleep.

" Hey baby did I wake you? " I asked.

" Oh Hey Que and no I was just helping Leah. " she said.

" Okay well baby be ready at about 6 tonight. " I said.

" And where are we going? " she asked.

" It's a surprise. '' I said.

" Can I least get a hint. " she asked hopefully.

" We going to McDonalds. " I said trying not to laugh.

" Que that shit ain't funny. '' she said in a serious tone.

" Well you asked. '' I said.

" I'm not playing with you. Do it and see what happens. " she said.

On the outside I was trying to be calm as ever but on the inside I was dying laughing. This girl really thought I was gone take her to McDonalds.

" Que I got to go its already 4:30 so let me start getting ready. '' she said.

" Okay I love you. '' I said.

" I know who doesn't. '' she said playfully.

" Really nigga. " I said.

" I'm just playing I Love You Too. " she said.

" Bye baby. " I said.

" Bye. " she said hanging up.

Since it was 4:30 I went to go check and make sure everything was straight for tonight. I drove to Red Lobster to make sure I had everything set up. I know some of y'all like you couldn't did better than that but Im not gone lie I kind of last seconded this but it's still romantic if you ask me. " How may I help you? " a girl asked. Her voice sounded familiar but she had her head down so I couldn't see her face.

" Uh I'm here to make sure that everything is set up for me and my girlfriend tonight. " I said.

" Last name please. '' she said with her head still down.

" Broadnax. " I said.

She then looked up and I seen that it was Kira. " Que? " She asked.

" Yeah it's me. I didn't know you worked here. " I said.

" I just started like two weeks ago. Thats why I haven't been hanging out with y'all like that. " she said.

" Oh. " I said.

" Well you can follow me and I'll show you what has been set up. " Kira said.

" Mikey!! " she yelled.

" What did I tell you about calling me that girl. " said some dude who came out from the back.

" Whatever but can you cover for me real quick? " Kira asked.

" And what do I get? " he asked.

" A hug. " she said looking at him like he was crazy.

" I want more that a hug. " he pouted.

" How many times I got to tell you that I got a boyfriend. " Kira said.

He smacked his teeth and said " Hurry up man. "

Kira led me to the back of the restaurant where I wanted me and Kionna to be cause we was kind of separated from everybody else in the restaurant. I saw that the table had rose petals and two candle sticks that hadn't been lighted yet.

" Like what you see? " Kira asked.

" Yeah it's straight. Thanks. " I said.

" You welcome. Is there anything that I need to add or take away? " she asked.

" Naw it's perfect like that. " I said.

" Okay well I got to get back to the front. Ill see you later on tonight. " she said walking away.

I looked at my phone and seen that it was now going on 5:50. " Shit. " I said.

Damn I told Kionna to be ready by 6 and my ass ain't even gone get there on time cause from here to Kionna house is at least a 30 minute drive and I be damned if my ass was gone speed cause the police been out lately.

I got to my car and drove to Kionna's house. When I got there it was already 6:45. I had to drive slow cause the police was out like hell today. I walked up to the door and knocked on it.

" Damn you late as hell. " Deja said opening the door.

" Shut the fuck up I got a reason okay." I said.

" Well lets hope Kionna believes your reason cause she's a little upset. " Deja said letting me in.

" Where is she? " I asked.

" Kitchen. " Deja said.

I walked into the kitchen and sure enough Kionna was sitting on the counter drinking something. " Uh hey Kionna. " I said nervously.

She stale faced me and jumped off the counter and went back to the table and grabbed her things. '' Lets go. " she said putting on her jacket.

I knew Kionna was mad that I was late but damn it wasn't like I was 3 hours late or some shit and on top of that it wasn't even my fault that I was late.

Kionna was already in the car and she was just looking out the window. I got in the car and tried to put my hand on her thigh but she moved her leg.

" Baby don't be mad it's not my fault I was late. " I said.

" I never said I was mad. " she said not looking at me.

" You didn't have to say it your actions did. Look at me. " I said.

She ignored me and just kept looking out the window. I put my finger under her chin and tried to make her look at me. She kept her eyes down.

" Kionna look at me. '' I said sternly.

" What? " she said looking at me.

" I'm sorry okay I wasn't late on purpose. " I said looking in her eyes.

I leaned in and kissed her and she kissed back. I pulled back and licked my lips and she blushed.

" I Love You. " I said.

" I Love You Too. " she said lowly.

After that I knew she wasn't mad at me anymore so I started up the car and I drove listening to Power Trip.

- KIONNA POV -

Que had pulled up to a restaurant and I'm not gone lie it looked expensive. I was in deep thought that I hadn't realized that Que had opened my door till he said " You just gone sit in the car? "

" Shut up. " I said.

He held his hand out and I grabbed it and we walked hand in hand into the restaurant.

A waiter lead us to the back and it was so pretty. The table had rose petals all over it and two candles were lit. It was really pretty. I sat down and Que sat in front of me. " You like it? " he asked.

" I love it. " I said smiling.

" I'm glad you love it cause I just want to make you happy. " he said grabbing my hand.

I blushed and put my head down cause I was just turning red. The waiter came and took our order and me and Que just talked while we ate our food. We talked about any and everything. I had learned a few things about Que that I never would've guessed and he learned a few things about me.

Later on the waiter asked if we wanted to order dessert and before I could say anything Que ordered a slice of cheesecake. After the waiter left Que came to my side of the booth and pushed me over. " Really. " I said.

" Yup. " he said wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his head on my shoulder.

" Boy what is you doing? " I asked laughing.

" Nothing. " he said rubbing the side of my thigh.

I laughed and this nigga started feeling all over my body. '' Que we in public stop. " I said grabbing his hand.

" So can't nobody see us back here. " he said.

Just then waiter cleared his throat.

" I'm sorry to interrupt but here's your dessert is there anything else I can get y'all? " he asked.

" Uh you can get us the bill and we'll be out of your hair. " Que said.

" Is that all? " the waiter asked.

" Yes sir it is. " I replied.

The waiter left and came back and gave us the bill. After Que paid we left and he drove back to his house.

I walked in and sat on the couch in the living room. " Now what is you doing?" Que asked me.

" Sitting down. " I replied.

" Well wouldn't you rather come to my bedroom? " Que asked.

" That's to far. " I whined.

" You something else you know that. " Que said laughing.

" I know. " I said smiling.

I got up and he grabbed my hand and led me to his room. " Im going to go change I'll be right back. " Que said once I sat on the bed.

I nodded my head and noticed that Que had a notebook on the bed. Now I'm not one to be nosy but I just had to look at it. I looked through it and saw that it was a songbook. Que had some amazing songs written in here. The ones I loved the most was Dream Girl and Roller Coaster. I was reading some more songs till Que cleared his throat. " What you doing? " he asked me.

" Looking. " I said.

" I see that. " he said getting in the bed with me.

He then wrapped his arms around me and started rubbing my thigh again.

" Que you got talent. " I said.

" I know. " he said.

" No Que I mean you literally have talent. You ever think of becoming a singer? " I asked him.

" Sometimes but I don't think I got what it takes. " he said.

" What!! Baby look you have exactly what it takes. I've heard you sing I've seen you dance and I've seen your song writing. Que you could be the next Chris Brown. '' I exclaimed.

" Now I know you tripping. " he said taking the book out my hand.

" No I'm serious. " I said.

" I'll think about it. But right now it's just me and you baby. " he said grabbing my waist and kissing my cheek.

I wrapped my hands around Que's neck and he leaned down and kissed me. He then moved to my neck and that's when he started tugging at my shirt. I took my shirt off and he smiled. I couldn't help but laugh cause his smile was just to cute. Que kissed me once more and it was filled with lust.

I pulled back and he took of his shirt and pants so that left him in his boxers. He slowly started to take off my pants and when he did I was just in my matching bra and underwear set. '' You sure you ready cause I'll stop if you not. " Que said.

I shook my head yes meaning that I was ready. After that Que kissed me and he put his hand in my underwear and began to rub "her"

" Mmm. " I moaned.

He moved to my neck and I just couldn't help but moan as he softly rubbed my clit.

Que opened his night stand and pulled out a condom. He slipped it on and my eyes widen at how big he was.

He chuckled and said " Its okay baby I'll go slow. "

Que pulled my underwear down and then interlocked our hands together.
Que then put himself inside of me and I winced in pain.

" Baby this hurts. " I said.

" I know ma...I know. " he said leaning down and kissing me.



- JACQUEES POV -

I woke up with Kionna in my arms. I smiled thinking back to last night. My grip around her was tight so I loosened it and she turned over. I stared at her while she slept. I just admire Kionna's beauty so much that it ain't even funny. I let Kionna go and got up and found the condom we used last night on the floor. I picked it up and threw it in the trash in my bathroom. After that I took a shower and put on some basketball shorts.

I brushed my teeth and that's when Kionna woke up. " Que? " I heard her say.

" In here. " I said rinsing my mouth.

She got up and came in the bathroom.

" Morning beautiful. " I said.

" Morning. " she said smiling weakly.

" What's wrong baby? " I asked.

" Uh Deja texted me saying that my mom and dad will be back next Tuesday. " Kionna said.

" What!? I thought it was a six month business trip not a 5 month business trip. " I said.

" Yeah well my mom and dad are sort of like head of the business so they finished doing what they had to do early so they can come home early. " Kionna said.

" Damn. " I said shaking my head.

" Que I don't want to be away from you. " Kionna said her bottom lip trembling.

I grabbed her and hugged her. '' Baby it's okay I promise your father is not going to come between us. Mark my words baby I'm not gone let you go just cause your daddy don't want us together. " I said running my fingers through her hair.

" Promise? " she said crying.

" I promise baby. " I said.

I picked her up and say her on the counter.

" I Love You too much to let you go baby. " I said.

" I Love You Too Que. " she said crying.

" Kionna look at me stop crying okay. I promise it's gone work out for the best. " I said grabbing her hands.

She nodded her head and I kissed her and she wrapped her legs around me.

I guess we about to go for another round.
