"Raikou." He pronounced the creature's name as "Rai-Koo."
"Actually," Zane corrected, "it is pronounced 'Rai-Koh.'"
"Huh, never knew that," Lloyd said.
"Well, I assumed you would not, considering your strange way of pronouncing the word 'Dragon.'"
"What's wrong with how I say 'Dragon?'" The blonde pronounced the word as "dregon," with a long A instead of a short one.
"That's what," Jay laughed.
